Bryan Pest Control

Things went very well. Our attempt at ridding ourselves of the pests was going well, however, Hunter gave us the extra education as well as tools to rid ourselves of these critters once and for all. We will use Bryan Pest Control again in the future! Everyone from the receptionist to the technician was very professional. Hunter was very informative as well as helpful. We feel confident in our decision to work with Bryan Pest Control!

They give a very good service and they are very reliable. They have access to my house, so obviously they are trustworthy in my mind. They come and go when I'm not there.

Found prices to be fair, but ;less expensive from Premier Pest Control.

I called Bryan Pest Control on 7/5. The phone was answered promptly by a and quot;realand quot; person who listened to my questions and answered them. Understanding my concerns, since I had seen a and quot;roachand quot; in my bathroom for the first time, the individual representing Bryan Pest Control was able to arrange a and quot;sameand quot; day application to my interior home. They were unable to spray the exterior due to the downpour of rain. They advised they will return when it stops raining to complete the exterior. I was impressed by the professionalism and quick response and job that was done by both the technician who applied the spray and the individual who took my original call. I have arranged to have a quarterly application with Bryan's Pest Control services. Job well done.

Representative calls the day before he comes by, asks if we have any questions or concerns. When he arrives he lets us know he's here and again checks to see if we have any questions or concerns about our lawn or shrubbery; then he tells us what treatment he'll be putting out that day. Michael's always professional yet friendly. We also contract with Bryan Pest Control for termite protection and will be transferring to them for interior pest control. They're just a good company.

I knew tech was on site from video alarms.
They showed up exactly when they promised.
Tim even called me afterwards to tell me a couple of things to watch for and texted me his contact info for my cell.
I'm very pleased and don't know how it could've gone better.
The lady (and I'm sorry that I don't remember her name) in the Destin office that set up my service was most pleasant to deal with.
If you've got critters, I'm not sure you could do better than these guys, but I'm positive you could do worse.

Excellent, would use Bryan again

We are in a rented home and our landlord has put in the contract that we have to use Bryan Pest Control. They are always punctual. We pay for it. We had some issues when we were signing our contract with them. The person that comes out is always friendly but the initial customer service was awful. The initial set up at the office wasn't very friendly.

Was supposed to inspect and service the irrigation system as I had several dry areas in my yard. Supposedly this was done. The dry areas remained so I inspected the areas myself. One sprinkler head was completely covered by a flower pot. There was another pot that was butted right up against a sprinkler ahead and thus not able to spray out , also, there is another head that is turned around 180 degrees and is spraying into the woods.The only signs of someone being there was some grass cut away from some of the heads. I called and complained . Answer: "I'll talk to him" I would not use this company for any irrigation services. Their other lawn services are good. I have been using them for about 4 years

Being in Florida, we get roach problems. Their serviceman stands out.

They're wonderful. We had them for years. We will remain with them. They do a good job. They always call beforehand. They have a very friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Bryan Pest Control Inc. for the past 20 years, since I moved here. They have been very dependable so far and I haven't had much to tell about them since I haven't had much termites since I had this house built and had the service.

I like them very much. I have recommended them to others and will continue doing so. The guy who comes is Alex. He gets the job done and he is very pleasant. He works with us if we can't be here at home. He is never happy when we ask him to come here and we are not here. We try not to do that. The only thing that drives me crazy is their several people are not trained and for some reason they are never standardized. The job Alex does is absolutely beautiful.

We have a recurring service. They provide termite service annually, half quarterly and lawn as monthly. The lawn one is $35. They fertilize the lawn as necessary and further as scheduled. The pest control they do it every month. Their price comparatively is the same as any other one. I have a contract with them and will continue to use them in the future. I used them because they were used by the previous owner of the house.

They are fantastic always on time, friendly and answer my questions.

I have used Bryan Pest Control for several years and picked them since they are a member of our Chamber of Commerce. They come to our home every 3 months or as needed. I have a service contract with them. Their service and quality has never disappointed me. They are very responsive if I have any issues. I feel the price is very good.

I have been using them for years. They provide annual service for termite control, monthly service for lawn work, and quarterly service for interior pest control. If I have any problems between treatments, I can pick up the phone and they come right over and take care of it. They are very good at keeping me up-to-date on what needs to be done.

They killed the termites that were here in our home and then returned to treatment again. They are very thorough with their termite treatment. We used them also for other insects but that treatment was not very effective. They were very helpful. They have two different teams that service the house. The termite team was wonderful.

The only bad part about them is that the laborers change quite frequently, as the routes are varied. It seems to change about every six months. However, they are all very good! They do anything you ask, are very informative, punctual and professional.

This company is not only a very professional company in the way they conduct business but they are friendly and personal as well.
My mother had used their services for many years before her death last summer. She always commented how nice they were and that they always spoke to her whenever they saw her. This is an important and appreciated example on how a company is judged and the type of work they preform. Can not thank them enough for continuing the service until the house was sold.

He comes out and sprays the inside of the house about every two months. The termite treatment is done once a year out in the yard. When he is here, he'll take our garbage can out when it's time for it to go out front. He's been trying to get rid of our rodent population and I've been having a fit about it. Last week he put out some more things and we haven't seen anymore since then.

They are one of the cheaper ones I have had others charge more then that. They are trying to fight my weeds and I was disappointed on the weed control thats why they working so hard on it. Right now I wouldn't say that I'm not going have them come back, I have had them for years I don't think that the weeds issue is their fault but I may go with someone else just going to wait and see. The results I have gotten so far are a B on quality of work cause I don't know if I am going to keep them on waiting for spring to see what the yard looks like and I am giving them all the chances.

We are on a regular contract and things go fine with them. The technician who comes is very punctual and friendly. I am comfortable having him in my house. I will use them again in the future.

They actually use real poison, rather than water like some other companies. They are very nice people to work with. They are great in every way. They will come back out and spray again if you see any bugs after the initial spray. The company's appearance is excellent as are the service men that come out to do the work. They are reasonably priced.
