Joe was absolutely wonderful !!!!! He took a frantic lady, calmed her down, listened to the problem, then came up with the solution that was satisfactory to both. He took pictures before, during, and after. He communicated with me during the whole job and completed it beautifully. I'd recommend this company 200%!!!

Scarlett was polite, professional and her persistence got me to act and get the job done...the new flat roof is great, the bright white surface deflects the sun and heat ( former flat roof black tar). Joe's great, and for a few bucks more he replaced the wood on my chimney after 20 yrs it became dust. In and out in half a day, fair price, great experience!

This is my first time using Suncoast Roofing and I will definitely use them again in the future. Scarlett and Joe are a great team! From getting a quote, to scheduling, to getting the job done was fast and efficient. I had a very unique job where my roof is built around an oak tree. Joe made the hole bigger so that the tree can continue to grow. He did an amazing job! The roof looks like itâ s always been that way. Much better than I ever expected! Not happy with the work, not happy with having to contact them time after time due to the issues. I dont think the Shingles were installed correctly, because i do not understand why they keep falling off

I was very pleased with Bruce’s work. He showed up when he said he would, worked diligently, and installed a quality roof. My only reason I did not give him 5 stars is his attitude (personality?). He is short and borderline rude when I would ask him questions. I did not let him intimidate me though and got quality work. Yes, I’d hire him again and recommend him-just be aware he is all business (which is the most important thing).

Repaired and sealed Aluminum Patio Roof. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced repair. Did not try to oversell the project.

He was very honest and told me I did not need a rew roof at this time. He did advise my son on how to fix the shingle causing a leak. I would certainly hire him when I need a new roof. Not many roofers will tell you that you don't need a roof at this time.

My sales rep Eric was courteous, very professional & detailed, and down to earth. He was always available to answer any ?'s I had.

Our Roofing project is still on-going, how ever the people working on our roof are very professional and hard working. They put in long hours and really go the extra mile for us.

did everything they said. they were completely honest with me & the cleanup after the work was finished was great. they also followed up to insure i was satisfied.

They were verr responsive in presenting their price quote and quick in completing the job. Staff was nice and the cost was significantly lower. For some reason there was a 4-month delay (with monthly calls from me) in getting them to arrange for and obtain the final inspection from the Co Bldg Dept. Through a misunderstanding on my part, I paid them upon completion of the job thinking that the final inspection had been approved. I would recommend using them but not paying them until the final inspection has been approved by the building dept.
