I had a lot of confidence after talking with Bruce and I expanded the job to include the installation of a large beam to replace one that was rotted. I never give a perfect score. But this was about as close as you can get. They arrived as promised and got right to work. Finished ahead of schedule and at a great price. I would give a 4.9 if I could and would recommend Suncoast to friends and family.

Bruce was excellent. Best experience with a contractor I have ever had. He is a fair guy and prices the job where it should be. The roofers were great as well. They were in an out my 33sq roof job in 2 days with full clean up. I would never go anywhere else for a roof. If you are looking for roofers your search stops here!

Showed up on time. Explained different options and detailed why he thought a new roof was the best solution. Detailed time frame for completion. AND LIVED UP TO ALL THAT HE OFFERED. Started work on a Monday and was finished by Friday afternoon. Crew was courteous and neat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would do businesss with them again they did it perfectly while I was on a trip! Did a great job! I even gave the workers a tip!

completed the job quickly...........workmanship is good....................promptly removed old roofing debris............ clean up of the area around the roof perimeter was so so............construction and material lien waivers on my home ?????????????????????? where are they????????????? Bruce and Thomas are easy to work with.

They were very professional and kept everything real neat and orderly. The work was done in a timely manner, maybe a little too fast. I told the salesman I wanted to start after the 1st of year and they finished my job the day before xmas. I will be using them again for future work
