Description of Work: I thought my water heater was broken so I called Butler Plumbing Services Inc. He checked my water heater ,( told me it was old and broken ) and 2 small leaks under bathroom sinks. He gave me an estimate $1180.00 if all were fixed at the same time. As you already know $1180.00 is a lot of money so I got other estimates . Turns out my water heater is just fine , it was an electric problem in my breaker box causing the breaker to turn off. If I would have not got other estimates my house could have burned down. How can people sleep at night knowing they are ripping others off !! I would NEVER refer this company to anyone EVER !!!

 + -1 moreMr. Butler called the next day and arranged an appointment to meet our time frame. He arrived on the mark and was very professional and courteous. He performed the work and when he was done, you would not have known he had removed and installed a toilet other then for having this beautiful glowing shiny porcelain throne in the bathroom. If you are thinking about a new toilet or need to do some repairs to a much older toilet, I highly suggest you call Butler Plumbing first. I was truly impressed with his honesty and professionalism! Thank you!
Description of Work: We upgraded from a standard low flush toilet to the elongated deluxe low flush toilet for an extra $50.00. Mr. Butler removed the old 23 year old toilet and installed the new toilet.

 + 0 moreWoke up to bubble sounds in the toilets and then in the sink. Knew that meant clog in the sewer pipe leading to the street. This was confirmed when the clean out plug was removed outside the front of the house and there was water in that one, but no water in the clean out plug by the curb. Clog somewhere between the two clean out caps. Thirty minutes later the clog was gone. roots found in the sewer drain pipe. I received both the temp maintenance and permanent solution for crack in the sewer line.

 + 0 moreJeff was the first estimate we got for the hot water heater, he called with in minutes of receiving request. We got several other estimates which were in the same price range. Once scheduled, Jeff was professional and timely. The cost was as expected. We had leak only noticed after the water turned on, he returned and completed the repair quickly for much less than anticipated. He called a couple of days later to make sure the inspection was completed without difficulty.
