Jeff called me after I left a message for him. I explained the problem and we talked about the various problems that may have caused this. He showed up when he said he would. He took the knob apart to see if it was fixable due to the length of time it had been installed and the hard water we have in Florida. He was able to remove everything without a problem. He did not have the correct cartridge to replace it so he put it back together and told me how to get the part from Moen without cost. The Knob was not seeping any longer at this point after he put it back together, Jeff told me to call him when the parts came in and he would come back to install them if it was still seeping. He said to leave the repair until it did seep since there was no need to mess with it if it was working now. Jeff said he normally charges $90.00 for the repair but he charged me nothing (that's right zero) since he said he didn't have to replace the part right now and nothing else was wrong. Folks you don't see values like this any more in a business and Jeff's Christian values were evident. This company will be my Plumbing company from now on based on the trust he develop with me.

Jeff showed up promptly calling 30 minutes prior and he provided excellent communication and feedback and was courteous and friendly. A+

Jeff was exceptionally communicative in setting up my appointment. Once he arrived, he went right to work on the kitchen faucet and had it installed quickly. The leak under the sink and the dishwasher drain hose were done quickly. After checking the old refrigerator water line for leaks, he attached extra hose and clamped it to the inside of the cabinets. Unlike plumbers in the past who dawdle and try to eek out every penny, Jeff was professional, efficient, and extremely reasonable on the cost.

I purchased a angies list deal for a $95 faucet install. He was prompt, courteous and fast. I am always super impressed when a repairman(or woman:)) does the job when and is willing to talk to you about what he is doing. We were sitting in the great room not more than 15 feet from him and he never made noise. I've only had services done on other time in my life where the mechanic (replacing the started in my car) worked the same way (he didn't make much noise at all while he performed the work). I would highly recommend Butler plumbing to anyone (even my own mother).

Jeff did a terrific job! He showed up right on time and installed ahot water heater for much less than quoted from other companies. I called him early in the morning and he came out the same day. BUTLER plumbing will be my first call the next time I need a plumbing service.

Had a very old bathroom faucet in need of replacement. It was first time using Butler Plumbing. They responded promptly and worked around our tight schedule. Jeff installed our kitchen faucet and it looks, Awesome! Jeff also removed our bathroom tanks so we could remove the wall paper and paint behind the bathroom tank. Everything turned out great! We will definitely call Jeff again and we will highly recommend.

Estimate was done last week and scheduled for today starting between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. Received a call stating would arrive at 9:30 AM. Job was completed by noon and work done was meticulous. Jeff gave the job some thought between the time the job was estimated and the actual work. He was able to completed the job $175.00 less than the original estimate. I have used Butler Plumbing several times before in my previous house and will only use them in the future. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail.

he was very punctual and available on a Saturday as soon as I called him. He knew exactly where the problem was. He got both sinks unclogged fast so that we could both go about our Saturday. He gave me 30 day warrantee if got plugged again within 30 days he will come back and fix without a charge

everything went great; contractor was responsive via telephone and showed within the time frame planned. Set out to work and made recommendations and gave us options for various ways to do the install. Also installed a separate water dispenser where we previously had a soap dispenser. took the time to show us the manual and tell us when to plan to order new filters and membranes.

Jeff called the day after I purchased the special deal and asked if I would be available that same morning. I was very happy to have him respond so quickly because the old garbage disposal was leaking a lot which made using the garbage disposal or the dishwasher challenging. He arrived about a half hour after his call and promptly began replacing the old garbage disposal. Jeff finished very quickly, cleaned up everything afterwards and explained the warranty and how to use the new disposal. He even showed me how to clean the filter in my faucet because when he ran the water, the faucet filter was clogged. I would DEFINITELY use them again and couldn't be happier with his professional service. Jeff was very polite and did an excellent job the day after I purchased the Angie's list deal.

Had a bathroom remodel and The worker who installed my vanity had a lot of problems getting the drain in, the sink drained very slowly i called Jeff at 8 AM he was here by 10:45 AM and the problem was the drain stopper in the sink! simple as that he did not charge me anything, he even checked out my bathroom faucet Upon my request.its nice to know l have someone reputable honest and professional to call on in my future needs.
