Mr. Cox came out after I called, and gave me an estimate. The repairmen came soon after, but were rained out the first time. They came back the next day and finished the job in 2 hours. They explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after.

Came out three times to measure roof - third time the estimate was increased by about $1500 over original, had already borrowed the amount of original estimate (which was less than 2 months earlier) so had to look for another roofer.

They were very good. I called them up when I had a problem and they came back and corrected it. They did replace said and they were prompt. We had a problem with the rain and they were very prompt in getting the job done. There was a little problem of a little leak afterwards, but as soon as they were told, they came and they fixed it. Their price was reasonable. The quality was very good.

For the most part, they were here when they said they would be. When the manager came out for the final inspection, I pointed out a concern with one of the panel and they fixed it immediately. I couldn't bring this to the crew's attention because they did not speak English, and I don't speak Spanish.
