I understand the name of the business, Integrity Plumbing. John exuded integrity from first contact to completion of the project. He called after another respondent had called with whom I had explained the scope of the work, and made an appointment to complete the work. I explained to John that I already had someone scheduled. He thanked me as told me that if he could be of service on this project or any future plumbing work to just contact him. Well, the morning contractor number one was to show up, he didn't, and I didn't get a phone call of explanation. I waited until late afternoon and phoned him before 5:00 PM, leaving messages on his cell phone. He never responded to those, so I called Integrity Plumbing, threw myself on his mercy after I explained what had happened with contractor one, and asked if he still would be willing to do the project for me. He heartily agreed and said he could come by the next morning to do the work, and would be there around 10:00 AM. That next morning, he called me at 9:30 to say he would be about 15 minutes late if that was ok. I chuckled as I hung up the phone because 15 minutes late to me is more than just on time. It is spectacular service! He came, did all the worked I wanted done and when he finished, presented me with a bill actually lower than the figure I had in my head for the scope of the work. I recommend this company to anyone in need of a good, honest, and fair minded plumber.

John did a great job! He was great about communicating via text/phone. He installed a new vanity/sink/plumbing in a couple of hours (and was very flexible about scheduling a time). He did excellent, clean work. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend John/Integrity Plumbing.

Integrity Plumbing took a lot of the stress away from a very stressful situation by responding quickly to my request for assistance. They fully investigated the problem before giving me an estimate for full re-piping of my home. They arrived when they said they would, were courteous, efficient and tidy in all phases of the project. I would not hesitate to use them again should any plumbing issue arise in the future. They truly went above and beyond! I can't thank them enough for the excellent job they did for my family.

I had called for a disposal replacement. He was quick, efficient, and even did a few extra items at minimal cost.
