Everything went well until I thought it was time to change bottles. I struggled to open the bottle, first using the tab, which broke then using a sharp knife to pierce the top and then using pliers to pull off the remaining plastic top. I went to lift the bottle and misjudged how much water had to be gone before adding another bottle. It would have been helpful if the persons delivering a set-up for the first time to educate a newbie especially a senior such as myself.

and I have absolutely no complaints regarding service or quality of product. I use the 5 gallon size and really appreciate having it delivered to my home vs lugging bottles in/out of the store, car, and home.

Zephyrhills provides a great service by delivering water directly to our home. We usually save money buying from them in bulk vs making our purchases in stores. Even when slightly more expensive, I usually prefer having it dropped off in our driveway vs having to lug it around and haul it home myself. Their website is also great. It's super easy to schedule deliveries, change or add delivery dates/products, make payments, etc. You don't have to be home at the time of delivery. It has been very convenient for us.

I think the pricing is high, but necessary. Their deliveries are regular, they are prompt and they bring the bottles in for us. They are neat, clean and they do what they say they will do - that's what counts. They send an email in advance to the delivery. They are just business-like about what they do, their delivery people are professionally trained. They are good people. They are very cooperative and helpful.
