On May 22, 2019, Tim Szilagyi of T&K installed a Clack WS-1 water softener that I purchased through his company. The installation occurred promptly as scheduled and went off without a hitch (except for a horde of yellow-jackets that flew out of the old water softener and stung us when Tim and I pulled it out of the ground - sorry about that again, Tim!). He worked quickly and efficiently and was very helpful and pleasant in explaining the operation of the new equipment. I had previously researched the cost of installing comparable equipment, and Tim's quoted price (equipment cost plus labor) was very reasonable. Overall, I give the whole experience two big thumbs up!

I called for help with my purification system. Tim from T and K Water Conditioning called me within 10 mins. and gave me an approx. time he would be arriving. Fortunately the system wasnt as major as I thought, but I was grateful to have same day service and impressed with his professionalism. He also gave me tips on maintenance. Many thanks to Tim. A. P.
