Description of Work: He checked my roof for leaks. He spent over an hour on the roof looking for problems. Before he left he advised me as to the remaining life of my roof.

Description of Work: I had previously used another company for a leak (who had originally installed our roof) and it took months, numerous e-mails and multiple visits for them to repair a leak. Pride provided excellent and responsive service; I am very happy I made the change and intended to use them in the future.

Description of Work: They installed a new TPO flat roof, and 2 new skylights over my large Florida room. | |The people at Pride were easy to work with, communicated well, and did a quality job. They provided an accurate estimate, and answered all my questions both before and after the job. | |Cost was right in line with other estimates (hence the B). The B in quality is because there were 2 minor problems during the installation: a poor seal where the sloped roof met the flat roof, which led to a minor leak, and the installation of the skylights damaged the plaster around the openings. After informing them of these issues, they quickly sent someone out to repair them. There are no more leaks and you can't tell that there was ever anything wrong with the skylights. I expect this roof to last for many years with little to no repairs. | |I ultimately chose them because Chris, the owner, got directly involved and seemed like a good person to work with. He genuinely cared about both his business and me as a customer. He let me be involved during the estimate, and even offered to do a quick patch job of my existing leaking roof for free before I even signed with them. | |It was not a 100% perfect experience, but things happen. They handled the minor problems mentioned above quickly and gracefully, standing behind their work. They waited to collect the bill until after the repairs were made and the entire installation was inspected by both the city and their team. Ultimately, I am happy that I chose Pride Roofing and would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in my tile roof and replaced a vent. I was in the construction business before I retired to Fl. and this company did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience in the construction field. Thanks Mike you did a great job.

Description of Work: They put a complete new roof on the house. The old roof was torn off quickly by a crew but only one person worked at putting on the new roof. I think he did an excellent job but it took nine days to complete. It was very difficult to get timely information from the company office. It seemed no one knew anything. The end result was good but the path to get there was difficult.

Description of Work: We had a leak showing around our bath exhaust fan. Pride was at the top of the list of recommended roofers in our area. Chris (owner) did his own estimate, arrived on time and sealed around offending vent, plus all others for $49 special. Inspection found bad nails on ridge vents installed 12 yrs ago, plus id'd area around bath exhaust vent needing replacement wood & shingles. Came back 3 weeks later to do repair after 3 delay calls due to weather & reported worker illness (somewhat frustrating trying to pre-arrange personal schedule). Work finally done efficiently & professionally. Honored $100 discount on final repair. All customer service interactions very professional & polite. We did not choose to get 2nd estimate due to time constraints but felt it was fair when discount used. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Pride Roofing gave me a date of May 1, 2015 on April 14, 2015. I could not wait until May 1, 2015 because when it rains the water comes into my Dining Room.

Description of Work: It went fine but he came out late, it was almost dark. How do you do a thorough inspection of a roof in the dark with a flash light? I wish now we would of rescheduled the appointment.

Description of Work: Performed roof maintenance, helped by cutting back limbs to get them off of the roof, inspected for leaks, very happy with the end result. I hope my small leak is fixed.
