Description of Work: Big deal purchase. Tile roof tune up. They inspect the tile roof to see if there is any visible damage or leaks. They will do some caulking and minor repairs and they let you know if they see anything they think you should take care of.

Description of Work: The Roofing Company repaired the same area of the roof on two different occasions and charged me twice to take care of the same leak problem. Presently, I have exactly the same leak issues as I did when I first hired them. They are aware of the issue and made no plans to rectify it. Now they ignore my calls. I am going to call another company to take care of the roof problem.
