It as fantastic. When I called to get a free estimate the receptionist was nice and friendly. I was given the next day that they could come out for my estimate and the owner himself came out. He was a well groomed gentlemen. He explained in great detail what would happen and gave me a unbeatable price. The morning the crew came I received a phone call saying they were on there way and the men worked efficiently. After the work was done it was like no one was ever there. They cleaned up every single piece of trash. This was the by far the best roofing company. Everyone was so pleasant to work with.

The job went very well from start to finish. The girls in the office were great to talk to, they were quick to respond. Chris was great with explaining what was going to go on, what the cost would be and the estimated time of completion. On the service day the supervisor and his crew were on time, professional and a great group of guys. They worked continuously, finished the job and cleaned everything up. You never even knew anyone was there. Jeff was great at the end, he did a complete walk through with me, explained all of the paperwork with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my job. I was even more thrilled when the following day Chris returned, just to make sure I was happy with the job that was done and made sure that everything was done according to what he had told me. They are top of the line in their field and I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out and gave me an estimate. Was very prompt. Did work for exactly what they said it would cost.

After going through several cancellations with this company, I requested a refund for the Big Deal. The company caused me a lot of problems to get my refund. On March 17th, they called me to change my appointment for the 3rd time and that was the last time I heard from them until I requested a refund. Melissa called me on 5/27/14 to tell me that my house has service performed! They never once came out to the house to do the work. Melissa told me that Tarin was no longer with the company, but this was a blatant lie! She then attempted to schedule the service, after stating that the service was already completed. They couldn't produce a signed invoice and finally agreed to refund me for services not completed. Melissa said that Tarin is not with the company and she will have to go through all of her records to find the date of service for my Big Deal. They claim that they don't have anyone sign off on invoices to verify that work was completed. It is a shame that I have to go through all of this! It was fraud and blatant lies from this company I wouldn't recommend them for services. ***UPDATE*** The service provider has now called me twice regarding my review. Tarin is now trying to flip-flop and say that she was the person I talked to and Melissa is no longer with the company. This is weird series of lies I believe I have caught this company in and I wouldn't recommend them to be hired to build a dog house! Please do not contact me in the future any more.

Went well, had a small leak after they completed work but took immediate action. Chris the owner was here during the fix and sent someone a few days later to check it again. Very Satisfied!! Would use again, and recommend.

I worked with Chris the owner, he was very professional and patient as he ended up having to come out three times for an estimate. First we just wanted repairs but repairs were going to be $800 and we were told the roof on the house maybe only had about a year left in it and the roof on the garage only about two years. So we decided we should just skip the repair and have the roof over the house replaced then we decided we should just go ahead and get both roofs done. Originally it was going to be about 6g for the roof on the house but I said if we could do both roofs for 10g we would do both at the same time. Chris agreed but then it ended up being closer to 13g after an exact measurement and because we had so many ply wood sheets that needed to be replaced. I would have preferred an overestimate to start with over having the surprise of additional monies needed but Chris did allow us to pay the additional funds a few weeks after the work was done. For the price change I gave a B. I did not like that there was a huge mess in our garage and in my utility room (no ceiling). I was not prepared to have a sky light for an afternoon and old roof gunk all over my water heater, litter boxes and tile floor in the utility room which opens into my kitchen. I wish they would have laid some tarp down in there and swept out the garage. Also a few bricks were apparently on the roof (not sure why, we are fairly new owners) and they threw the bricks off the roof hitting a plant and just left them there. When I mentioned this to Chris he did personally pick all of them up and discard them for us and he had the crew run the nail magnet a second time. I did like that they painted the fascia for us and the border they had to add was just the right color. The finished job looks very nice. All in all it was a pretty good/painless experience.

super professionals, removed existing roofing and installed a new roof, renailed the entire roof deck, installed weather shield, new drip edge, flashed valleys, cleaned all debris from property, not a piece of paper or a nail was left behind. The owner, Chris, came to my home measured the roof estimated the material and gave me a price. Couple of days later I told him he had the job, he had his office schedule the job promptly. in fact they did the job two days early. if you need a new roof and want it done correctly and professionally then Pride Roofing is the contractor you want.

I wasn't overly impressed. From what the deal said, I expected them to be out on the roof longer. I thought they were going to fill in holes and give me a report on the roof. There was one tech, and he showed up, was there for 30 minutes and left. I never heard from him again - no report, no nothing. I even had to contact them to set the appointment -- I didn't even hear from them after I bought the big deal.

Therefore do not wish to use this company. Thanks for your assistance.

Chris was very helpful with selection of new product and color, scheduled roof replacement to accommodate my schedule, there were a couple issues with communication but easily resolved. Crew worked quickly, cleaned up daily and after project completion. They were very polite and considerate. Would recommend this company without reservation.

They were on time, they had great customer service. For putting on a new roof they weren't loud, they had great communication with me throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with them.

I made an appointment for an estimate. The woman took my address and phone number. She also gave me a time that the owner would be at my home. The provider never showed up and did not call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. **UPDATE** **My phone records show I called 727-934-7663 and they also show a returned call from same number**

Start to finish the entire process was very enjoyable. First, the actual owner came out and give me his personal opinion on what roof package would be best for my roof and my budget. The secretary stayed in contact with me the entire time from start to finish with scheduling, permitting, and answering all my questions. The crew that did the actual work was very courteous, clean, and all spoke English. The clean up of my yard after all work was complete was superb, and the guys told me they tried their best to get everything and if I noticed any trash or nails to call the owner and he would personally come by and run a magnet. The owner did a final walk through with me and answered all my questions. I personally felt like I got what I paid for and I'm 100% satisfied. It's very refreshing to see young, hard working people that follow through with there word. I would refer Chris and the bunch to all my friends and family.

Excellent! Everything was completed in a timely manner, even though the weather didn't cooperate with my roof being complete, all the workers showed up and did what they could until the weather just gave way!
