From the moment you call Pride Roofing you feel comfortable speaking to them. I was having an emergency repair they came out the next day. To my surprise the owner of the company came to my home to see what he could do for the emergency repair plus he gave me the estimate of a new roof beacuse I asked for one to compare. The price was excellent for the same guarantee and product as his competitor. Chris told me information regarding my existing roof that the competitor never even mentioned when t. I will be getting my new roof through Pride Roofing and also recommending him to anyone looking for a roof or repair. I am extremely happy with his company?s professionalism and honesty. It is hard to find a company who you can trust now and days. Cannot wait to get my new roof through Pride Roofing.

The original appointment was for Thursday morning. I received a telephone call Wednesday night asking to reschedule. They were prompt, attentive and did a fine job.

I couldn't be happier with having hired pride roofing. The short version: this is a fantastic company who wants your business and will treat you right to earn it. So, I just bought a home and during inspection found we had some moisture intruding somehow into the garage wall. The inspector at the time suggested having a roofer look at the flashing. I called pride after looking at the reviews, keeping an eye on over-all satisfaction and price(I just bought a home after all and Christmas is coming soon, so my wallet is very senstive) and was impressed over all with how it worked out. Pride was prompt and professional, and after pointing out that my moisture problem was not coming from a roof leak but rather from a crack in the exterior wall, Chris sealed that up to help protect my home in the meantime while I look for someone to get my home painted and fix the issues with my stucco (the home seems to have the original paintjob, about eleven-ish years old and it needs one in a bad way). He did a thorough inspection of my roof and pointed out some things to keep an eye on, did some minor repairs, and told me what to budget(which was a fair estimate) when I have to replace the roof in the next few years. He took his time and was very thorough. I also inquired about getting gutters on my home, and his company is helping coordinate getting that done in the near future. I feel he did more than I was expecting. It's hard to find someone like that in any field, so his company's number is saved in my phonebook for quick future reference. I cannot recommend this company enough. You want to hire someone who will give you a fair deal and put pride into their work to encourage future business, and that is what pride roofing showed me they are. I will be calling them with my future roof work.

The owner did the job himself, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and communication skills. His estimate is the lowest we have gotten so far.

Chris showed up on time and did a professional job. He inspected the entire roof and fixed areas that needed fixing and repositioned some tiles that had slipped. After he finished, he did another complete roof inspection to make sure he did not miss anything. He identified one small area that was giving us a problem and we contracted to have it repaired at a reasonable price.

Chris came out on time even though he was running late and his office had kindly called to say he might be late but he was not. He was very thorough and great at explaining everything and I thought the estimate he gave was a good price.

Chris came out to do a roof tune-up and inspect the roof for leaks. I recently purchased a quad-plex and the home inspection showed water damage so I had him inspect the identified leaks as well. He was able to tell me the staining was from previous rood leaks and appeared to be sealed. There was light rain all day and very heavy rain a few days prior. Had there been leaks the wood would have been wet. He gave me piece of mind. Chris also put on squirrel guards as no extra charge. He was very friendly, trustworthy, and went above and beyond.

Very thorough and careful. No pressure, just an honest evaluation of condition, some minor sealing, and an unsuccessful look for what might be a minor drip leak that was the reason we called them. We will need better venting of the attic space and will be having that done before it gets hot again. We'll need a new roof in a couple of years, will use white Energy Star shingles, and hope that the SOBs in Tallahassee, including the PSC, have not made it financially impossible to afford a solar power installation at the same time. We recommend Pride and Chris very highly.

He did a great job. We are about to hire him to replace our entire roof. He is an owner/installer. He knows what to do and how to do it. I am sure he will fix any problems that might come up without gouging us.

Waited until this evening to see how the call back would go. Chris arrived on time, took lots of pictures of the damage on our roof. Chris gave us detailed information on the repairs the he plans to make. He is very professional and even gave us some info on how to fix things about our flat roof ourselves. We were told that the roof would be fixed in 5-7 business days and that someone from their office would call to set up the service order. Our call came at 6pm with apologies for calling so late but said that they could get their crew out tomorrow morning to fix the leaks.. We will write another review after work is completed , however so far we have nothing but great things to say about them.

Crew came in removed the current roof and got it preped and ready for the second crew that came in and put the new shingles on . The job was professionally done. The job took a longer because of the rain but overall I'm very satisfied with the work done.

Having Pride Roofing install a new roof for me was an all around positive experience. I met with Jeff Lee about the estimate. He was polite and prompt. He answered all of my questions about how it is done and advised me on choosing the best materials for my home. I was able to book a date for my new roof right away. The workers called before coming and were prompt and polite. Their supervisors came onsite 2-3 times during each day to ask me if I had any questions. Their workmanship was excellent and I am very pleased with my beautiful new roof. They did a great job cleaning up and went above and beyond helping me with a satellite dish re-installation issue. They took care of all of the necessary permits and were always there to answer my questions. Pride Roofing really made a great experience out of something that seemed really scary to do! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

Pride was contacted to provide an estimate, after inspection of our roof, they said no repair was needed at this time. WOW! They were very honest and were on time. Great response time also and very professional! I will contact them when the time comes for repairs and would recommend them.

Had three other companies out do to this this leak. Service was very great!! They were on time and quick to do the repair and very professional, and with all this Florida rain I am very thankful for the repair and no more leaks.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Pride Roofing Services, Inc. The owner and his staff were always very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the fact that they were punctual to all appointments and visits, including the initial estimate, and that the work was completed within the original timeline that we were given. Whenever I had any questions about the work to be done, the owner was always available to speak with me. Most of all, the new roof that Pride Roofing installed looks beautiful and has no faults. We have no longer had any sort of leaks, and neighbors have even complimented the color of the roofing material. The company owner was very helpful with aiding us in selecting a roof color that would compliment the exterior color and style of our home. We had a leak in our daughter's room, we called and got an estimate quickly. The man I dealt with was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about what exactly was wrong with my roof and what needed to be done to fix it. He explained it in terms I could understand. I live in TN and own a rental home in Holiday, so most of my communication was done over the phone leading up to getting the roof on my rental property replaced. I felt very comfortable from the beginning with Pride, I spoke with the owner several times and he always took his time explaining details to me and making sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what work was to be done. I was in FL when the roof was re-done and got to meet the owner and see the job completed. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the quality of this company. A friend of mine had her roof repaired by Pride, and referred me to them when I started looking to replace my roof. Chris, the owner, came out and looked over my roof, and wrote everything out for me. I had no idea what any of it meant, so he was nice enough to sit down and explain everything to me. They even offered me a financing option, something no other company had offered me. After I picked the color I liked and got all the paperwork completed, my roof was scheduled and completed. The actual roof replacement took only a day and a half. The workers were very kind, checking my yard and driveway for debris (nails especially), and after the work was done the foreman came out to do a final walk through. The woman I spoke to in the office was very helpful in keeping me informed the entire time, even up to the final inspection. My new roof looks amazing! All in all, this company was super easy to work with, and they completed the job above my expectations.

The representative of Pride Roofing pulled up in a very nice looking truck, but personally had the most unprofessional appearance I've ever seen. I wasn't expecting suit and tie, I know it's about roofing. However, people need to care about their appearance if they want to convince someone that they care about anything else. So, I feel that "pride" is a misnomer. He did go up on the 3 roofs and inspect. He found where squirrels were chewing some of the pipes that come out of the roof and said that they should have wire covers. He either didn't have these on his truck or didn't have enough of them, so I offered pieces of hardware cloth that I had on hand, and he cut and bent them to fit over the tops of the pipes. I felt it was a bad sign that he didn't have what he needed on his truck. I also felt that, like all the other roofers I've come across, this inspection/light maintenance offer was basically scouting for a roof replacement job. I can't find anyone who will do routine maintenance (blowing leaves off the roofs etc.), building up a relationship of trust and thereby getting the big jobs when they come along. I don't hold that against Pride Roofing, it just seems to be the way it is, unfortunately. Anyway, it's not that they performed exceptionally badly. There was not much performance to judge them on. Mostly, it was lack of professional appearance and failure to have what they needed on their truck and failure to otherwise convince me that they had pride in their work.
