This is, by far, the BEST experience I've had with a contractor, including other services beside roofing. From the very first phone call, Chris (owner) made me feel just like family, came and did a fair and honest assessment of what was needed, and put it in writing. When we agreed to have work done (more than a fair date scheduling for work), Chris's crew drove from the west coast of Florida, some two hours, just to make sure the needs were met, at a more than reasonable price. I'd contacted other contractors to do a simple estimate (half of them didn't show up), but Chris and the entire company were prompt, friendly, extremely well organized, and the consummate customer service professionals. From the initial estimate, office staff were in constant touch with me, providing invoices, pictures, receipts after work was performed, and just performed spectacularly until the very last day when work was done. Quality?? Let me put it this way- I found a new contractor that I will ALWAYS turn to in time of need, and my neighbor (previous construction professional) even commented on how great a job they did. From the workmanship, to work ethic, to making sure every last detail was fulfilled (and some even went further than was asked for), I absolutely would say without reservation that if you need a roofing contractor or services performed, don't look any further than this. Just set the others aside, and do yourselves a favor that you won't be sorry for- make this your one and only stop. I am so impressed that such a fine effort was placed into every last detail. Place yourself in the driver's seat, and list every last good thing you'd expect out of someone entrusted with quality at every step of your expectations of how to be treated right. Now take that list and image, and place it side by side with this company's performance, and Chris's team will meet and exceed every last one of those expectations. Truly superb, outstanding efforts by all. If you pass this one by, I can guarantee you'll be sorry. I didn't and I am SO glad a company still believes in pride of workmanship, and placing the customer above everything else. Why do you think he drove two hours plus to get to my house? Would any other contractor have done that, when the ones I called less than 20 minutes from here baulked, and couldn't even find the time for an estimate??? Bottom line is that quality and pride in service is still alive and well in the Tampa Bay region, and if you remember any of these reviews to put on your "to do" list, place five stars plus next to this one. I only wish I'd known they were around much earlier than now. Superb and awesome job, Chris, and please give several pats on the back to your workers. They can not come out in the time frame I need the work done in. I can not use this deal.

There was a leaking area that he patched with a 'band aid' fix, but said it wasn't intended to last. He suggested seeing how it goes, then following up. He left behind a repair estimate in case I want to fix it properly. Now waiting for the rains...

Chris was prompt and very through in going over the roof. He was very professional and the way he conducted himself, and although my roof is not quite ready to be replaced, I will certainly consider his company when I get ready to replace the tile roof.

Great. Chris was responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. He performed the work requested and fully advised me on the age, condition, and needs of my roof. When it is time to replace it, I will absolutely call him first.

From the estimate to the completion everyone was knowledgeable and professional. We requested expedited service due to insurance company request and they were very accommodating. Roof was completed in two days, company owner came on second day to be sure of our satisfaction with service. County inspector impressed with roof. EXCELLENT company, highly recommend them.

It went great. Chris arrived right on schedule, he had called when he was on the way and he called when he arrived. While I only paid for an inspection, Chris fixed a few things for me and was really nice. He gave me what I believe to be a fair price to fix my roof and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. I was very impressed and hired him on the spot. Very happy!

They showed up on time and were very professional. Some tiles had slipped and needed to be repaired and re-aligned. This was well work the time and money.

We live in Fayetteville, NC and my husband is an active duty Army Officer and he is being reassigned to Tampa this summer. We are now in the process of looking for a home to purchase in Tampa and thought we had found one. The current home owner admitted to an active water leak and since there was visible water damage to the home, I called Pride Roofing (after checking reviews in Angie's List) and the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. She checked her schedule and was able to fit me into their first available opening. I then received an email from Pride with a picture of the contractor (Dan) that would be coming out to give us an estimate on the extent of the damage and recommended repairs. Dan called to confirm the appointment and showed up promptly to the house. His inspection and assessment of the source of the water leak was thorough and he made suggestions and recommendations that the current home owner had not thought of before (to repair the home before anyone bought it). Great customer service. I would use Pride Roofing again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to all the military families in the Tampa area. vr, Patty Reim

. Chris was great. He was extremely thourgh about everything. He showed me all problems & fixed everything great. I waited to write this review till we got rain which was this morning and now have no leak at all. Did a great job. Also informed us to start putting $$ aside cause will need new roof in couple yrs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work.

I ordered the Pride roofing big deal for $49 because I noticed a leak coming from the peak in my attic. Chris called promptly to schedule a time to come take a look at my roof. He called about 30 minutes prior to our appointment to let me know that he was available to show up early and I wasn't busy so he did. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very good at communicating what he'd be doing. He was able to quickly repair the leak by sealing the ridge vent screws. I was surprised that the $49 service was able to cover the repair - many contractors won't even come to your house for that price. Chris addressed a few other concerns and gave me some tips on things I can do myself to make my roof last longer. I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Owner Chris came out, inspected roof, offered suggestions for repairs needed and alternatives, and called ahead of the appt to make sure I was available. Very courteous, professional, and I'm wondering why more in this industry don't follow the leads of professionals like this? Definitely will be calling back for any roofing needs!

Chris from PrideRoofs came out and did the service. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He reviewed what he would do and I asked several questions and pointed out several areas of concern I had about our roof. Chris explained what he could do and was willing to fix the issues and provide us with a complete review of the status of our roof. It took him about an hour to review the roof and seal different areas and resolve some areas where tiles were out of position. Afterwards he reviewed everything he found with me and showed my pictures of some the areas he had fixed. He showed me form the ground different areas to monitor. Very professional and thorough. I would strongly recommend and use them again.

I would absolutely use this company again! It did not go perfect - no one is perfect. But what made it so great was how responsive they were!!! They were determined to make sure I was happy with the work and it looks great and I could not be happier! I will be calling Pride Roofing for all my roofing needs. They did great work at a fair price and I am always happy to get good work done at a fair price!

On December 11, he came out looked at the leak, and got up on the roof. He right away said it was going to be a big job. He did not do any of the coupon offering. Then he asked for $100.00 cash upfront, as he said it would be cheaper and give me a better deal. I needed it fixed right away. A week went by , I never heard back from him. I called the copmpany to cancel, I no longer wanted to use the service. I called and spoke to numerous people with the company, however, no one called me back. He told me he didn't need to sign a written guarantee. He advertises for free estimates, which when he came to my house he asked for money. I had someone else come and do it for half of the price.

Tech inspected my roof and gave a detailed analysis of it's condition. Gave ideas on things that may need some attention in the future. Tech was very professional and efficient.

It went really well. They were polite, the owner came out, they really helped us and it was a great deal.

Informed me of any future service I might consider. Assured me there were no concerns regarding the roof of a home I purchased a week ago.
