From the estimate to the repair the service was great. Estimated remaining life of roof to be approximately 5 years and existing roof was in good shape for its age. Will definitely use them when I replace roof. They could have told me to replace it know but they were very honest with their estimate and what I should do. Great people to work with and definitely very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend this company. Not your typical roofing company.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for a tile roof tune up. Initially there was some confusion about the address to be serviced. But Chris from Pride Roofing was very understanding and not only performed the service I purchased on our new house, but he also performed the service on our existing house at no extra charge. After the service, Chris called and gave me a detailed explanation of any issues he found and even recommended we contact our builder since the house was only 18 months old and probably still under warranty. I will definitely hire Pride Roofing for any future roofing needs.

The earliest appointment available was for a Friday afternoon from 3-5 p.m. (two weeks following an unexpected leak). On the appointed date, Chris called at around 4:30 p.m. to apologize that he was running behind and would try to arrive within the hour. While he didn't arrive till almost 6 p.m., he was very pleasant and offered me a brief explanation of what the visit would entail, and asked me about any concerns or problems I wanted addressed before promptly climbing onto the roof to begin the inspection. He stated the inspection would take around 30 minutes, though I did not keep track of the time. After the inspection, he explained his findings, what he had resealed, and how he had repaired the damaged area that had caused the leak. Chris indicated he would take notes on what he had completed and to reserve the $100 repair credit (included with the deal purchase) in case I should need a more extensive repair later. I was very pleased with his service and would be comfortable taking advantage of that credit later on. Considering that I felt the unexpected leak was somewhat of an emergency situation, the $99 price of the roof maintenance package was a great deal to have it repaired (at least temporarily) and the other potential problem areas resealed.

Came at the appointed hour. Explained what he was going to do and did same. In the meeting after he explained results and made recommendations regarding the roof and it's life line. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for your time and efforts.

They did a great job! The whole job was completed in one day and the new roof looks fantastic. (we have already had neighbors asking for their number) There were a couple issues with the office but that has been fixed. The field team were all great. Everyone was very helpful and showed up on time (from the estimate appt. thru the payment appt.) The work was efficient and professional.

Very professional job and it only took about 30 mins. I most appreciate the suggestion that a moderate repair could be done if the leaking continues because he felt that I have approx 3 years left before I need to replace the roof. I won't hesitate to call Pride for my roofing needs in the future, and I will continue with the annual maintenance from now on. Money well spent!

They did a great job doing an inspection of my roof for potential problems before the rainy season hits us hard. There were several nails that had popped out that they fixed. They gave me some tips on improving the longevity of my roof. On time, clean and very professional. I would use them again without hesitation.

Let me start out by saying that I am a business owner with many years of customer service experience. I do my very best to keep my customers happy. My motto is: Under promise. Over deliver! Sadly, it isn't often that I find other business owners that go the extra mile like I do. Pride Roofing Services is the exception, hands down. I heard about Pride Roofing Services when I was taking care of a house owned by a friend who passed away. I am the trustee of the estate and the house that belonged to him needed a new roof before I could sell it. From the very first phone call to the end of the job, I was continually impressed with Pride Roofing Services. Everyone I came in contact with was responsive, cordial, and did exactly what they said they would do, on time or sooner. Now, I am downsizing and getting my house ready to go on the market and having inspections done so that I'm sure the new owners won't have any surprises. I looked up Pride Roofing Services on Angie's List and wasn't surprised at all to see all the rave reviews! I bought the special deal and Chris came out. He could not have been more professional and polite. I just can't say enough about Pride Roofing Services! First things first. This is not intended as a bad review. I cannot sat enough good things about Pride Roofing of Tarpon Springs for the quality of work and their attention to the details of the Job. They did a great job but everyone has room for improvement. I hope helps them as they continue forward. I am trying to prepare an elderly parents property for sale that required some minor roof repair and I was struggling to find a roofer that I felt I could trust to do the work. I was driving through Palm Harbor when I ended up at a red light behind a Pride Roofing Truck. I was thoroughly blown away by the cleanliness and great condition of their equipment, I dialed their number and set up the appointment for the initial estimate. Unfortunately, It took two tries to get them to do the job. My first contact was in December 2014. They came out and did the estimate. It was a little high but acceptable. We were getting ready to go to contract when we had some health issues with the elderly parent homeowner and we had to put our project on temporary hold. When the health issues were resolved, we tried to get them to resume the process to project acceptance and completion but could never get them to respond. I tried them again in late April and was able to get Chris to come back out and redo the estimate. We went to contract with a few pesky communication errors (mainly on my part) and finally got the job done with a few more communication eras along the way(mainly on their part). After we got the contract properly executed, we were to receive a call from the scheduler with a start date; that call never came. They were instructed to pull a permit; They did not. After waiting almost for three (3) weeks for the scheduling call. I found the job completion invoice in my morning Email. I can't tell you the mixed emotions I was having and the red flags it created. I immediately called the office number and was informed that the roof tech had been onsite for two days. I immediately drove to the job site and found they had done an excellent job. The following day the roof tech came back and applied a second of elastomeric roof coating to finish the project. He then walked me around the roof work area showing me the area he repaired and how the repairs were executed. I thanked him and gave him $20.00 for lunch. As the saying goes, I was as pleased as punch. ALL IN ALL - A GREAT JOB .

Pride roofing was great. Bought deal through this site, They called the next day to set appointment. Chris, the owner, called when on his way to appointment, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He patched an area where there was a possible leak and took care of anything else he saw. He said the flat roof on Florida room may need to be replaced in a couple of years and he took notes of measurements for the future. I was not charged anything additional. Pride roofing appears to be the kind of professional company that we are all looking for when needing work done. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I could tell from the beginning that this was a quality operation. To start with they had someone out to survey the roof on a timely manner. That someone was Chris Hloska, President and owner. I knew that there was a lot of damage to the wood and facia, I asked Chris and all who quoted to include estimated woodwork in his bid. I walked around with him and noted that he did a very thorough job assessing the work and wrote down many notes. When he came back with the quote (yes still Chris) he had a formal written proposal with several options based on types of materials provided, all of which included his estimate of the wood and installation which was detailed as to linear board feet of fascia, rafter boards, and plywood sheeting installed. Very precise and detailed presentation that he thoroughly went over with me and my wife. He also had samples of the various shingles proposed and helped my wife decide on type and color (both of which she is very happy with). Of the five other roofers we found through Angie's list - one never showed to even survey for a quote, one mailed a sheet of notebook paper with the quote written out in longhand, two others sent a standardized bid in the emails and all three of the other quoters did not listen to my specs and just left woodwork as a totally open ended proposition at a fairly high and confusing piecework add on. To top it off - with the woodwork included Pride was competitive. I chose Pride and never looked back. They called weekly to update me on our scheduled job time, about 5 days out they advised that due to some weather delays and the Memorial Day Holiday that they would have a one or two day delay starting. Although it's always frustrating when delays occur, they helped a lot by being very forthcoming and keeping me current. Their equipment is clean and well maintained, very professional looking. All crews that showed up had their boss man check in with me and let me know what they had planned. Each day they would button up and clean up. No matter what the mess and there were some doozies, at the end of the day it was cleaned up and hauled off. All crews were professional and worked very hard. When it was all over they came out and did a complete walk around, even offered a tour from up top (I declined due to a cast) and were ready to fix anything I didn't consider as just right. Bottom line, this is a professional well run company that I would happily recommend to anyone needing roof work. They are not your typical Florida Roofer as at least one or two of the others were and they want to do a great job so you are happy. They will be my strong recommendation to anyone who asks. Chris Hloska the president of Pride Roofing Services, Inc. called me to tell me he was on his way. I was having a leak on my flat roof on the porch and a small leak in the same area that had come into the house. Chris and I examined the roof. A shingle was out of place in that area, squirrels were eating at the plumbing stacks, and some fasteners on the ridge vent were loose. I asked him how much it would cost for a new roof and he gave me a written order of everything that would need to be done. He told me not to do anything until the roof was ready and to start budgeting for a new roof when needed. My roof is 18 years old and this is the first leak I have experienced. Chris was very professional and just a nice person. When I asked him what I owe he said nothing. I was so happy and could not believe it. What an excellent experience I had with this company! I'm still smiling! I love Angie's List!

The work started around the second of June and was done in about a day; they immediately started asking for payment and were very aggressive about it. I had been planning to pay by check and to ensure that the work turned out okay and wasn?t leaking; they called me maybe three times and I finally gave in and put it on my charge card and didn?t hear back from them. Today however, it began raining and the roof was leaking; my floor in that part of the house is now flooded and when I tried to reach them I was unable to get a hold of them. They advertise that they have emergency services available and yet they don?t have a voicemail set up at the company for me to leave a message for them to come and fix the issue, and my room is still flooded. Originally I had left a poor review, but the response that the company has changed my original review. It wasn?t explained well to me that the whole roof couldn?t be done. I couldn?t understand the terminology that they were using. They did come out and try to make up for the lack of communication. They did a good job explaining to me when they came back out. Had they explained it to me in a way that I could have understood then I would have made a better decision. They were very responsive. They were very reputable.

Chris, the owner, came out to our house. First, he called to let me know that he was on his way and about how long I should expect him. When he arrived, he kindly introduced himself and I had explained another roofer had been out to the house and this is what they had said. I explained that I did not get a good vibe from the other roofer. Chris said not to worry, he would review the two spots that we had talked through. In about 25 minutes, Chris had walked my entire roof and patched a few items. A job that I had thought was going to cost me $$, Chris ensured me there were two simple fixes and he did not even charge me. I loved how honest he was with me and how he explained why the "issues" were not "issues". He definitely has a customer for life with us and I appreciate the work and the honesty that came with it.

Chris is a nice guy with professional knowledge. I would recommend him to any one who needs roof inspection or maintenance.

He explained what was going on with my roof and caulked the area that was leaking. He also made sure to inspect the entire roof and caulk every area that needed it. His estimate was very thorough. It went extremely well. the business owner Chris Hloska personally visited an inspected the roof. He sealed all the nail holes, air vents. Nothing expensive was needed this year and he forecasted a long window to prepare us to replace the roof. HE also recommended that each year we call them up for a tune up. This was a no-hastle and non-pushy situation. We have found our roofing specialist.

I have to say I was skeptical when I purchased this coupon since the last estimate I got was $500. So $49.99 seemed too good to be true but I'm very happy to say it was all true and all I needed. The first visit identified the issue at hand, namely a vent pipe that did not have a flange around it but it also turned up a couple of other small issues that the first estimate missed altogether. It was a holiday weekend but Jeffrey Maurer assured me he would have it fixed the following week after he found some shingles that matched my roof since I had none. He came today did the work and when asked about the cost he said it was paid. I'm still in shock - especially after having gotten an estimate from one of the largest roofing contractors in Pinellas County that was $450 more! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the services Pride Roofing Services, Inc. provided. In fact I'm so pleased I even told EVERYONE I work with. You'd be crazy not to give them a chance - you may be pleasantly surprised just like me!
