Excellent! Am very pleased! They were very helpful in guiding me on my color options and completed the job in two days, which seems very fast to me. (Tho it's my first roof replacement ever so I can't be certain that was faster than usual). Also I've not found any roofing nails around so they must have been thorough with finding any that might have fallen. Happy!

This is actually the third time we've used The Roofing Company. A few years ago we had a small leak and the owner, Chris, come out to take a look at it. He actually explained to us that it was an easy fix, told us how to do it, and even gave us the caulk for it without charging us anything. The following year we had another small leak which Chris and his team repaired. After Irma, we decided to replace our original 17 year old roof and felt strongly that Chris had earned our business after our prior experiences (and, notwithstanding those prior experiences, he was $3,000 cheaper than another estimate). Cindy with his office staff was very patient with all of our questions, and very responsive if we needed anything. They provided sample singles to review and various addresses to check out their work and shingle colors. We've been very happy with them and would recommend them.

Not good , I called and advised them that I have their info from Angies list, they advised me that it would take them 20 days before they can come out here and look at the leak, I tried to plead with the lady to come out here sooner and she said no. I don't find that acceptable considering that rain could cost me damage if the issue is not inspected and at least leak stopped before its fixed.

Chris/Owner of the company checked the problem and felt it was not an emergency and advised me to hold off prior to doing any repairs. I feel that this company (The Roofing Company) is by far the most honest company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend anyone who is need of repairs to contact "The Roofing Company" first. It will be a decision you will never regret.

Chris came to the house and within 5 minutes he had identified the source of the leaks and provided some guidance on how I could do it myself and save us from having to spend a bunch of money.

Excellent, Chris came out and was extremely professional and prompt in his service and delivery. He went above and beyond sealing many trouble areas on our roof. He took the time to discuss with me the current state of the roof and recommended repairs.

It went very well. There was a bit of a scheduling delay due to illness, but the work was completed over the course of three days, the last of which was January 1. The company was very easy to work with before, during, and after the replacement. Seven months later and the roof looks great with no issues!

Great. I interviewed four different roofing companies and each had a different solution at different price ranges. After meeting with the owner of The Roofing Company, Chris Hloska, I was confident that he would solve my problem. He is very knowledgable and answered every question that I posed. The Roofing Company's warranty was better than I got from the other companies. The next nice touch was that every Friday I would get a call from their office letting me know if the job was going to be started on schedule. The team of roofers arrived and got right to work. There was never any swearing or yelling or anything that would cause an upset with the neighbors or myself. All of them used very nice manner when dealing with me. The job supervisor introduced himself so that I knew who to go to if I had any questions. As part of the contract, The Roofing Company agreed to supply a certain amount of wood should they have to replace any they found once the roof was stripped. As my home was built in 1922, I found this reasonable but I braced myself for a possible big surprise cost for added wood at the end. Total cost of extra wood = $144. And as another nice service, the job supervisor called me and let me know exactly when the wood included in my contract had been used up. Chris Hloska came and inspected the job progress twice, once with the city inspector and once after the job was done. The only negative comment I would have had about my experience was that the workers did not take care to check that my yard upon completion and ensure that any nails and/or scrap materials were cleaned up leaving my yard the way they found it. However, on Chris's final inspection it was clear to me that such was not an acceptable standard for his company. He took pictures of anything he was not satisfied with and had a crew back out the next day to handle everything. Right after the job was completed, we had two days of very heavy thunderstorms. If there was something wrong with the roofing job it probably would have shown up but not one leak in the house. The city inspector, who came after the first storm for the final inspection said there was not puddling at all on the roof. I would have no hesitation to use The Roofing Company again or give them a reference. Maureen

Excellent. Chris, the owner , was great to work with. I knew that the roofing job was very challenging due to the number of angles in the custom roof. I had requested that they try to save my skylight which had been leaking. Chris answered all my questions and after getting bids from 4 different roofing companies I chose The Roofing Company. The roofers were very friendly and generally had good manners. The owner came back after the job was done and personally inspected the job. He noticed a few cosmetic things that I hadn't noticed and sent a team back the next day to handle each item. Shortly after the job was completed we had extremely heavy rainfall for several days. Unfortunately the roof leaked in a couple places. I called the office and the guys came back out and tarped the roof until the rain stopped. They later worked until the problem was fully resolved, even stopping by several times in the following weeks. We have had many instances of heavy rain since and even a hurricane since and no problem at all. Another thing I really liked about this company was that every anticipated cost was gone over beforehand and the job cost me exactly what the written quote had covered. No hidden charges, no extra costs. Very upfront.

The Roofing company was very professional. The owner came out to evaluate the leak and he was very knowledgeable. The Roofing company did an excellent job repairing the leak. In the past we had another roofing company try to repair the leak and it continued to leak. Everyone at The Roofing company was very helpful and I would definitely work with their business again.

Chris was great, very professional!!!They called to confirm the appointment and called prior to let me know he was en route. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, and sealed where necessary. He took the time to answer my questions and let me know what problems needed addressing. I will definitely contact them again when I ready to do a complete replacement.

The Roofing Company exceeded my expectations with a prompt estimate appointment, weekly updates for scheduled start date, and quality/organization of the project itself. This was my first experience replacing a roof; however, my apprehension was alleviated by the professionalism, concern with quality and customer satisfaction of Chris Hloska and The Roofing Company.

Chris from the Roofing Company called and said he was on his way and showed up right on time. Chris is very pleasant, he introduced himself and explained what he will be looking for, damaged shingles, nail pops etc. if there was anything that needed my attention he would take a photo to show me. When he finished he told me the roof was in good condition and had another 5-7 years left. He did seal some nail pops and around plumbing vents. It was definitely worth $99 to know what is going on on your roof. You could do this yourself if you have a ladder and confident about walking around on your roof but having an expert do it was worth it.

Chris came on time, went to the attic and on the roof. I like the fact that he did not pressure me to fix it ASAP!!!:-) He gave me a written estimate and suggested to wait for the next rain. If it still leaks....I definitely will call him to do the work!

Chris came out to assess the potential damage to our roof. We appreciated that there was no charge for the assessment. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and his advise was incredibly helpful. We will definitely call him when we are ready to have our new roof installed.

I cannot say enough good things about The Roofing Company. We had just purchased a home and the inspection had shown the current roof had leaks and needed to be replaced. The prior owner argued it did not have leak and so after the closing, we elected to get three independent estimates. Interestingly enough, all three said something different: 1 said replacement needed, 1 said repairs needed and new roof in 3-5 years, and 1 said nothing was wrong. Chris from The Roofing Company had given us an estimate for around $3,000 to fix the current leaks (he was the "repair and prepare to replace"option above) but ultimately we elected to go ahead and replace since the roof was 20 years old. I'm SO glad we did! The week before they started work TS Colin came though and dumped 10+ inches of rain. While watching TV that Sunday, I heard the "drip drip drip" from the attic. After two days of carting buckets up and down the attic stairs, the decision to replace was justified! Both the removal and installation teams were awesome. They worked hard (in 90 degree heat) and did a very professional job. It's nice too, when the county inspector comes around and also commends us in choosing a vendor that holds their trust and respect. Throughout the project Drake was in constant contact keeping us up to speed on next steps and any issues that had been spotted (gas venting needed to be replaced). I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have even offered to serve as a reference if needed. They are super-professional and do a very detailed job. If you need a new roof, please inquire with The Roofing Company, you will not be disappointed.

Went very well. Chris called to confirm arrival time and followed through on all services in the purchased package. I was concerned about a leaking vent. Chris could have said he fixed that along with the real cause, but was honest in pointing out the true source of the leak...the ridge vent. My last experience with roof maintenance didn't get desired results while costing a good bit more. I'll definitely bring back The Roofing Company for future maintenance and give them top consideration in the next reroofing.
