Punctuality, like how long it took to get an estimate, but overall the pricing was average. They were fine. They came on site for an estimate and were personable and relatively good.

Everyone at The Roofing Company was fantastic. Everything was explained in detail and they certainly delivered. They were prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

The roofing crew was punctual, professional, and worked together very well. They took 1.5 days to complete the roof with a couple more hours to replace a few pieces of siding that needed to be done due to rot. All the work was done with precision, and they cleaned up the entire site with amazing detail and several rounds of going over the grounds with the magnetic nail collector. All in all, it was a painless and refreshing experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Not good...instead of replacing the cracked tiles he glued them plus did NOT even give a mention of cost of replacing the cracked tiles that was part of the description on the deal. We were willing to pay the extra !!! We did get a quote by email a few days later regarding the leak plus a quote he was willing to give on a whole new roof !! We live in an HOA and are very familiar with these tiles ..they can be replaced when cracked !! Very disappointed for the 99 dollar deal as described that we paid before he arrived .

Did great work. Painless and perfect. Owner called to apologize because it took an extra week because backed up and it was perfect. Will definitely be hiring when it is time to replace my roof. Honesty, courtesy and owner involvement the entire way. Customer service at its finest. IF you don't choosing someone else you made a mistake!

I had called them for roof repairs and they told me it would be at least a month before they can come out and inspect. By that time my home would be flooded if we had a lot of rain.

I called for an estimate and was told that Chris the owner would be coming out. Chris was right on time and very professional. He explained all the work to be performed and what it included. I had numerous estimates and no one was as explicit on the material that would be included like fascia board, how many sheets of plywood, ridge vents and how the the shingle is installed. I ended up needing some fascia board and sheets of plywood replaced. Chris's estimate included it, so I had no extra out of pocket so there were no surprises! Drake in the office was professional and in constant contact with me letting me know that they were on schedule to perform the work. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the work a day ahead! The Roof Inspector even told me it was an excellent installation it was! I can't recommend this company more if you need a repair or roof replacement. Very honest and professional! They went down to the plywood and replaced everything around skylight and resealed around skylight. I was called for a follow up the following day to check if everything was good. We had just had a rain storm and there wasn't any leaking.

Chris was very professional and finished everything timely. Noted a few areas of concern and documented with pictures. No up sell pressure. Would definitely recommend.

All went smoothly from the setup of the appointment through to the roof inspection. Would definitely recommend.

The young man who came out was very prompt and professional. He told me my roof was in good shape for the most part. He pointed out a roof valley which he said would be okay for now but in a year or so should be replaced as it was starting to show signs of deterioration. He also inspected the flashings and fixed a few nails which were working loose (some were not roofing nails so he replaced with the proper type of nail.) I was impressed he did not try to talk me into expensive roof repairs immediately as an unscrupulous vendor might do.

All vents, popped nails, and vent pipes were resealed to prevent moisture intrusion. Chris said there were nine popped nails and sealant around vents had deteriorated. He was very professional and said overall my 15 year old roof is in very good condition. He did not try to up sell me on anything including a new roof.

Truth be told, I tried to save a little money and went with a different company and I'd like to say...I'm really sorry I didn't try the Roofing Company. Chris was super helpful, punctual and on top of things with his estimates and he was the only roofer to tell me that my chimney really needed work along with the roof repair (at least without me mentioning it first). Now, I have my new roof and I paid extra for chimney repair by the alternative roofing company I chose....but the new roof is leaking again from the chimney and they are very slow to act and take any responsibility for it. I couldn't be more disappointed. I wish I would have had Chris' company and chimney repair person fix it the first time as I feel like besides being reasonably priced and super professional - he really knew the problem with the roof. I found myself looking for their information and chimney person's phone number last night and thought people should know. I also gave his name to someone else as a recommendation over the company I used.

Chris Hiliska came out to my house promptly to give me an estimate, He was very well-informed in his presentation to me about all suitable roofing options. His manner is professional and friendly. I am unable to proceed with this project at the present time. His re-roofing estimate was $13,140 for Owens- Corning Duration Harbor Blue shingles on a 2,078 sq. ft. roof.

A six man crew arrived when scheduled and completed the entire job in just two days. They did a great job, and best of all, when they left you wouldn't have known they were even there. They cleaned up all the old roofing debris around my entire house.

It is easy to give the Roofing Company all excellent ratings. Soon after purchasing the deal we received a call to set up an appointment. Chris,the owner, showed up on time and explained what he would do - as described in the tune up deal. He told us he would take his time and be thorough. When finished he told us he inspected the roof, caulked exposed nails and resealed vents. He told us we should plan on re-roofing next winter and that the dryer vent could wait till then. He also advised us to get a stucco repairman to fix cracks in our chimney. We appreciated the tune-up as well as the honest, no pressure appraisal of our roof. We will call upon the Roofing Company when it is time to get a new roof.

Very Impressed!! I was in need of having my shingles replaced and possible wood repair. I contacted five different roofing companies within Angie's List. Three companies never even got back to me. The fourth left a brochure at my front door and never did a follow up. As for "The Roofing Company", an appointment was made on my first phone call. The president of the company himself showed up on time and was very courteous. He had samples and answered all my questions. He examined the roof and gave me a fair price. No pressure sales tactics. (1190 sq ft.) I had about a two month wait because they are so popular. I received phone calls every Friday to update and to let me know I am still on the schedule. They even called to wish me a Happy New Year!! The crew showed up on the scheduled day to start work. It took three days to complete. They cleaned up after each day. I have not found even one nail. The final price was what they quoted me. Not a penny more. Even added an extra vent for the bathroom. Full warranties and the new roof looks great!! I would recommend "The Roofing Company" to anyone...
