Excellent! Happily, there were no issues with my roof and the team was done in 2.25 days, including cleanup. My property was immaculate when they were done. I have a particularly steep roof for Florida, a 10/12 pitch. Chris Holska, the owner, personally came by to do the quote for Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles with new peel-and-stick felt. We also got an extended warranty for a mere $345.00 bringing our warranty coverage to 25 years labor and 50 years material. This is a family business built on hard work, family values, workmanship and ethical business, handed down from grandfather, to father, to son. Communication was fantastic - they (Drake) called me once a week, every Friday, until the job was done. Supervisor Joseph made sure all our concerns were addressed and that every aspect was handled with professional courtesy and uncompromising attention to details and quality. The team of 6 were just the nicest guys and very hard workers - never saw them resting except for lunch breaks. 5 stars, hands down the best you can get, especially for the price. Every other quote we got was thousands more for the same product. If you need a new roof, look no further - this is the only company for you to hire.

They wanted to do something else but they said it was $5000-8000 to do the complete tune up. Just to fix that one portion on our roof. He did what he did but he wanted more to fix everything that had a problem. We have been in a drought so we have not had a rain to prove what he did was working so I cannot say for that. He came within a week. I would say an A because he explained everything. He took his time and did do the repair. I think his prices are high but that is irrelevant. It is a little pricey for what he was asking for. Quality would be an A, he did do a lot of work. It is basically pricing, they need to work on their price. I do not think I would us him again because he is so pricey. What he did was to medicate, but I did not get a taste of the true downpour that we have had.

They arrived on time. Were very professional. Work was done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. They will get our business when its time to replace the roof.

Everything went well. It went smooth. So far so good on the quality.

Chris arrived at scheduled time. He inspected the entire roof. There were a few tiles that had lifted due to strong winds from a hurricane that had past through the area. We were told there were no leaks. He fixed the loose tiles and cracks and said that our roof was in good condition. He really could have told us anything and we would not have known the difference since we did not have any other estimates or inspections. I found him to be very professional and honest. Would definitely use his services again.

Fantastic. Thorough, professional, fixed a few problems before they became bad. Company and representive pleasant to deal with. Peace of mind about roof for coming hurricane season. Money well spent. Cannot say enough positive about them. Highly recommend.

Was disappointed, didn't provide proof (pictures) before or after work was done. So couldn't tell what work he did.

Chris came out on time to inspect the area that I was concerned about. After the inspection Chris gave me a very honest and detailed explanation of his findings. He explained that the part of the fascia board and roof is expensive to fix since the gutter and the pool cage are attached on that side. He said he did not see any signs of damage on the roof and suggested that we start by sealing around some screws that were holding the gutter to the fascia board. At this point, he felt the damage was cosmetic and did not feel is was necessary to make a costly repair. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely be using him for all of our future roofing needs.

The tune-up went very well. They were punctual and professional.

It went well. I thought appointment was for 9 am but it appears it was anytime between 9 and 11 am. He came at approximately 11:20. So not too bad. Inspection was fast, only 20 minutes for looking and fixing the few things that were needed to be repaired.

Chris came out and gave an informative explanation of what needed to be done. He wrote up the estimate right there and answered all of my questions. A few days later I agreed to have them perform the work. This work was done back in October. While cutting out the stucco around the chimney base it was discovered that the wood underneath was completely rotted out. The workers ended up tearing apart and rebuilding the box around the chimney pipe. While this ended up adding cost to the project, I was glad they did the repair the right way rather than just patching it up and calling it a day. Great company. Will definitely use them again.

Very overpriced for as small of a house as I had done (1188 sq. ft.), and the lack of care that they took doing the job. Also, not taking any responsibility for a leak that occurred, between the exterior wall of the house and the enclosed patio, only after the roof had been replaced, which they tried to blame it on the roof over the enclosed patio, which had no leaks until I had the house roof replaced. In addition, since the place did not have any occupants, the workers took advantage of that fact and did not act professionally. They first were supposed to put protection over the garage door, which they did not. The garage door was brand new and they left black scuff marks on it. Second, they were supposed to put something down in the garage to catch all the debris from the pounding on the roof, which they did not. I had debris all over everything in the garage. The owner had the workers blow some of it out, but it was everywhere, down in cracks and behind items that were stored in the garage, and they of course did not want to do any manual labor to move items around and clean them...so I basically had to do the bulk of the post-Roofing Company clean up. Third, the workers spilled some sort of red juice across the front of the house, which had just been re-painted, and the painters had to re-paint those areas. They took their lunch in the back patio enclosure area, which of course they did not ask my approval to do so, they just did it, and they left residual food from whatever they ate for lunch on the tile floor which was swarming with ants when I discovered it. The owner was just a young guy, and I really should have known better than to hire him, but he seemed very nice up front, presented himself as a nice, respectable family guy. But, then afterwards, when the work was done and I had to pay him, he really came off as having an ego when I tried to work him regarding the issues that I had with his crew. If it were my company, I would have come out to the house and cleaned up after my workers myself, just show a sign of integrity, that I care about the quality of the work that my company does. He of course did not do that, he made it very clear that we was not going stoop to the level of his workers and do any manual labor. He just looked around the house and gave me excuses for what they did. He had one of guy's attempt to clean the black marks off the garage door, which worked okay, but still did not remove all of the marks. It was basically a breach of contract, because in the contract it directly stated that they would cover/protect the garage door. So, I was given a measly $100 off the total price for the roof for the garage damage, which was already way over-priced. I've worked with several other roofing companies since, and I now realize that for what I paid, I should have received "gold standard" service.

I'm a professional construction manager and engineer. As a result I am well informed and have very high expectations of those I hire to work at my own home. They showed up exactly on time. Actually 2 minutes early. Fantastic! The representative Everett Floyd was perhaps the most professional, knowledgeable and competent roofing technician I have ever had the opportunity to work with on a residential roof. He took the necessary time on the roof to thoroughly inspect, repair and seal everything he found. I did my part first by providing a roof surface that had been professionally cleaned which makes this process easier and yields better quality. He also carefully surveyed my roof and at my request gave me a detailed cost breakdown to replace this tile roof if I so chose and that included bringing it up to current Florida code with wind mitigation. They proposed a one-stop shopping experience for me that handled everything from Notice of Commencement, Permitting, all of the replacement followed by a Florida P.E. Certification of code compliance and a wind mitigation inspection. Absolutely complete and professional. I have to say that the trades in Florida leave a great deal to be desired and when you find an outstanding performer like this company, you want to hire them. This company will be my go-to guys! Highly recommended.

Chris and his employees are great. I enjoyed meeting Chris when he came to do the estimate. Picking a roofer for this type of job is difficult because different companies suggest different types of roofing products so you are not comparing apples. Chris brought samples so I could see and feel the product. It wasn't the cheapest, but I had already had a different type of product without success and wanted one with long term results. Some companies don't even offer a warranty or just a very short one! Some of them I contacted didn't even get a call back! Chris called a few days after our visit to see if I had decided, which I hadn't, but a few days later I called to confirm. The office staff called me every Friday to confirm we were still on schedule for the appointed day. The roofers arrived on time and did a great job. A supervisor came by a day or so later and checked the work. I will definitely use the roofing company when I re-shingle.

Chris was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. He examined our rooms and attic and verified no leaks even though my husband suspected leaks and said that our roof has many years of life yet. He even assured us that he will come out during the rainy season to assure my husband that the roof is fine. We will definitely be using this company again. I was told the work was done but the only thing left was a business card in my door. I have no way to know if it was done or not. Additionally, I called twice as the lady in the office said there were some other things that needed to be fixed. The guy that came to the house never called me back . No list of work done or any problems was never provided.

Very well. I had known of some of the issues already and was getting ready for some estimates for repairs. This quick visit was just what I needed to buy some time. Looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. They have great reviews for a reason, so glad I picked them.

It was a slightly painful process through no fault of The Roofing Company. Many more issues were found including rot that opened up skylights into our cathedral ceiling as they were pulling up. Some nails did go through but they came in and fixed it as well as repainted the inside ship lap that was affected by nails and removal. They handled everything and the job took longer than anticipated but so far, job well done. We purchased their five-star warranty along with the manufacturers. When the rain comes this season, we will see how it holds up and if we need help, review the responsiveness.

The inspecting owner was on time. I mentioned that I had some leaks during heavy rains. The inspection revealed some problems with the roof vent and a nail hole in the flat roof over my shop. These are both addressed with some sealant.
