After the down payment money I was to pay him $500 weekly . He took al long time measuring the kitchen . I found the kitchen cabinets he is pick them up however once placed on the floor the stove did not line up with the microwave and his measurements were not accurate so he talked me into getting 2 more cabinets to compensate his Miss measurements . Then the kitchen floor did not match up to the cabinets so it needed to be removed . Then he wanted to re-arrange the kitchen putting the refrigerator where the pantry was is running an extension cord across the kitchen. I noticed he was ignoring the original contract and many supplies I bought came up missing and then he started to not show up after I paid him all but $750 of the original contract . Then started asking for up front money for work he did not perform . He became so nasty yelling so loud I had to put my phone down . He wanted $850 up front to build a custom pantry . He wanted $1500 upfront to tile flooring . He and not completed anything of our original contract . He did not show up for 3 weeks . The drywall that was purchased that should of taken care of the entire condo was cut up so badly and not applied properly it had to be replaced . He put up drywall and bust my Airconditioning thermostat. Causing an ac company to come to check it out . All the work he completed needed to be re-done he was obvious he did not know what he was doing. He busted a light I told him I wanted to keep he destroyed my blinds stole special lighting that was in the kitchen . He stole supplies I bought for my home . He showed up busting tile with s mallet at 7:30 pm at night with no regard disturbing neighbors . This guy is a a real con artist . He is out to make a quick buck without knowing how to complete the work. I have several email and text correspondences from this character as well.
