They arrived quickly and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. After attempting to repair the problem at the lowest cost to me they discovered underlying troubles. My options were explained clearly and it was suggested that repairing the machine would not be cost effective. Bud even suggested a reputable dealer in the area who after a quick stop will be delivering Monday. Would I have prefered the quick fix to work? Of course. However things wear out and when the time comes you will be hard pressed to find anyone more honest, caring, or professional! Thank you so much. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

Very honest the price to fix the machine verus the age made it not worth money. Advised to buy a new machine. Charge for visit $40.00

Exceptional. Professional, very knowledgeable, helped us find some other parts we needed at no cost. Very personable as well. I have found my new appliance repair service - they are superb. Price was very fair as well.

He arrived here on time as promised. He tested the unit and decided it wasn't working and gave me a quote of about $150 to replace the ice maker. After dismounting the unit he discovered the unit had come unplugged from the power source. My lucky day. He plugged it back in and charged me $59 for the service call. He didn't have to be honest and could have easily charged me for the whole shebang but did not.

The service crew of Reliable Appliance Repair was prompt and kind. They were very good people, however we discovered later that the work was sub-par and cost us money in the long run. We are very dissatisfied.

I called them at 7 AM about the refrigerator and the noise it was making. They advised me what to do until they could get here. They gave me a time estimate of 4 PM. They were here well before that, checked it out and told me the problem was that the ice maker was dripping water down the back of the refrigerator, freezing on the fan and that was what was creating the problem. He cleaned all that up, fixed the problem, cleaned up his mess and put the trays he had removed back in the freezer when he was done. He was very professional, explained the problem, what needed to be done, asked me if I had any questions, and cleaned up his mess as well! I would definitely use this company again!

They're a smart business and their hours were wonderful. They came out the same day I called them. He arrived early and recommended that we replace the unit. The work he did was neat and he put the refrigerator back together again. They have late hours and are very reasonable. They are a local small business that is most accommodating, I would highly recommend them. I was greatly impressed by them.

Excellent honest service. Would use this company again and will tell my friends. Called at 9 am for a dishwasher repair and service tech arrived at 10am. Fast service, very through service on my dishwasher. My dishwasher wasn't worth fixing and rather than charge me for repairs that wouldn't last the tech was honest and said I needed a new one. Very good experience with this company.

My refrigerator quit working on Sun eve. I Called Relaible Appliance Repair late Monday morning. They came out that afternoon! What a quick response and professional work.

Great... They just needed to get a part and will install that Thursday. But they did the temporary fix until then ..very happy with response

As outlined in other reviews, they stick with a problem and warranty their repairs. One call back I had to make was responded to the next day and the 1 1/2 hour session to get to the bottom of the problem was at no charge as it was covered by the original repair cost. While this review is singular, understand that my interactions have been multiple and the price above reflects the approximate cumulative costs. I have paid them the highest compliment I can by both referring them often and using them each time I have encountered a repair need. I apologize for not availing myself of this more public review option sooner and hope that my enthusiasm will more than make up for the delay. I unequivocally recommend the Reliable team. They are truly reflective of their name!

Very honorable people. They give you a fixed price for the labor. If it takes them 3hrs that is their problem not yours. If they do it quickly it is to their benefit. Very reasonably priced. They come when they say. When I had trouble again it was covered under warranty. I'm very happy overall. They even put in another part that they didn't charge me four.

Absolutely fantastic! Burnadette returned my phone message on New Years Day. Very pleasant. Schedule a time for Bud to make a service call. Bud arrived on time. Diagnosed and serviced the unit bringing it back to operating condition. Appreciate the clear pricing policy, direct communication, and professional follow-up. I will absolutely use this service again. They earned my trust immediately.

This guy came out and services my refrigerator. Additionaly, he will come out basically anytime you need service, even Christmas. Really a nice guy and great service.
