Modern Air came in very friendly,and solved my condensation clog/leak in a timely manner This was the resolution I was looking for at this time, They offered us a good deal on a new system but we are not ready for one yet but when we are they will do the install for us. Would definitely recommend.

Tom works around the clock to take care of customers. Called to ask if I wanted him to come the same evening rather than the next day. Was here around 7:30 pm and diagnosed a bad blower motor (13 years old). Didn’t have one with him but did in the shop. Said he would get it and finish tonight if I wanted. He did another call on the way to the shop and returned and finished about 11 pm. Left for another call because “people need air.” A go getter who knows his stuff!

Very knowledgeable and honest. I have an old AC system and he gave me an honest opinion of the system and didn't try to sell me a new one. He fixed all the holes in my duct work for a very good price. He took pictures to show where all the issues were. And it isn't easy climbing up in my attic. That was a tough job but now I have AC in the room that wasn't getting it. When I get my new system I will be using Modern Air!

Excellent. Tom responded to my request for info immediately, despite it being after-hours, and scheduled an appointment for me at 7 AM the next day. By 7:30 AM, Tom had completely fixed the problem with our outdoor AC unit (faulty capacitor). Super fast, super friendly, perfect service.

I read modern air reviews from Home Advisor, but I wish even more impressed with Tom in person. in my opinion, he deserves the great ratings he's gotten on HomeAdvisor. he has a great personality and he is very professional and has earned my Trust which I don't give lightly to anyone on any subject. he officially diagnosed the problem and fixed it and less than 30 minutes. while he was there he also installed a thermostat that I had purchased prior to calling modern air. he did this work for $150 which is a very good value for the services provided. next time I have an or heating problem this is the company that will call. also I will recommend him to anybody in my neighborhood. thanks Tom.

2nd opinion on the ac unit, first said that the unit had mold and needed to be replacednfor $5200. Modern Air checkednand saidnthebunitnwas running fine and he vould get rid of the mold on the unit for $150, in the spot. and even if it needed to be replaced he would put in the right size unit fir a mobile home for about $3800. we went with cleaning and will have modern air insoect yearly

Modern Air diagnosed my problem and was fast to make an appointment at a time that was right for me. The repairs were affordable (very) and the work was high quality.

When a word of mouth referral failed to contact me I went on homeadvisor and was contacted by Modern Air right away. Tom gave me a quote over the phone that was in the middle of two other quotes and said he could be at my house in 30 mins. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly and charged the quoted price. Tom did not try to up sell any other services like many other AC techs do. I will keep his card and will be calling him for any other AC/Heating needs.

I have a Trane ac unit that was installed new 3 years ago. The compressor shorted out. I called the company that installed the unit and they wanted $975 just for labor and coolant. The labor warranty ran out two months prior and they weren’t willing to adjust the price. I called Modern Air, Inc. and Tom came down on the price considerably. He was very professional, explained everything and got the job done. Excellent work.

I was contacted within a half hour of checking the pros on Home Advisor. I was given a choice of when I wanted the work done and Tom arrived promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate for the work. He did a great job and I will hire Modern Air again if I need more work done.
