I had one AC company come out and they said I needed to replace the compressor at a cost of $2700. Tom from Modern Air arrived and within 2 minutes told me the compressor did not need replacing but the fan motor did. He carried out the work there and the and it was a much much cheaper fix. I highly recommend this company, . Very honest, professional and very competitive pricing. Very happy with outcome

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the required work my system needed in a way that a non technical person can understand. Tom even brought the old parts in the house so he could better explain what had gone wrong with my system. He was upfront in telling me that my system was getting old but did not try to push me into getting a new system. He repaired my system at a reasonable price.

I am very happy with this company! They were the only company that did not try to take advantage of me, or try to sell me unwanted equipment or services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODERN AIR!

Nice guy but he was unfamiliar with my equipment or new to the business. Used an old part and it failed had to comeback and replace

They responded very quickly as I sent the alert out at 6am as I awoke to a hot house in August. The tech was at my door before 8;15 and did the repairs in less than an hour to get me cool again Great JOB!.

Started noticing the house getting warm at 4;30 on a Sunday. Called Modern Air because they had come out two years ago and got out 13 year old system running well. He was here within the hour, fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable price. If you need air conditioner service or a new unit, call Modern Air!
