Naturally AC stopped cooling on a very hot Saturday. I decided to use HomeAdvisor because we had just had a positive experience with another pro for refinishing our pool. I applied on the HomeAdvisor website for an AC pro and within one minute, Tom from Modern Air called and said he would come within a few hours. He did arrive as promised, and within a reasonable amount of time fixed the problem. Tom was professional, friendly, and really invested in fixing my AC problem. Additionally, He charged his regular rate even though it was a Saturday. Altogether, I could not have been more pleased with his service. I will definitely use Modern Air for all my future AC issues.

They were quick to see us. We reached out to them on a Friday night around 10:30 to set up a Monday appointment. They emailed us back Friday night and were able to come in Saturday and had us a new unit Monday morning

These guys were great. Got there early that was a plus and explained everything they were doing or that needed to be done thoroughly. Will be calling them again if needed

Was through and showed up on time. I had several leaks in my air conditioner. So far it is working great. Gave me a 4 month garantee.

He was very considerate and good. Only drawback was he wanted cash after the job was done.

Tom was knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. Tom installed the new parts (under manufacturer's warranty) and thoroughly checked the system. We are cool again!

Had to Replace the whole unit

Clogged condensate drain caused unit to "shut off" due to high water level in drip pan. Ted fixed problem and made changes to drain system to prevent future occurrences. Then performed routine service on system. Completed work in attic on 94F hot humid day.

THEY PUT IN A NEW A/C . THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH. I HAD BEEN WITHOUT A WORKING A/C FOR A FEW DAYS. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

charged $59.00 which for what was done - cleaning the outside - never opened the unit to check coolant or the drain
