Working with Tom was great. He was extremely professional from start to finish for the installation of a new Central Air Conditioning Unit. I would highly recommend.

Tom contacted me immediately and readily made a convenient appointment with me. He texted me when he was on his way and was very punctual. He was very friendly and professional. He educated me on the problem with my system and assured me he could instantly and easily make the repair. I was previously told I would need an entirely new system. He quickly and effectively made the repair (saving me $8000 had I believed the other company). I will definitely be calling him back for my spring tune up and any further repairs or eventual replacement.

They were quick to respond, even on a mid afernoon on a Saturday. They came equipped with what was needed after I told them the problem. The got my A/C cooling in record time.

I had a leak in the A/C and tried to call two other companies that were tied up with the heat and rain. Since I have a wood floor I needed help quickly. I turned to Modern air, called and Tom was out within two hours. Tom was very professional and explained the entire process, He fixed the problem quickly, very dirty coils, cleaned and drained and gave a complete check to entire unit. I've been in Florida for 50 years and never had such a great A/C experience before. They are certainly less expensive than any other company I have ever used.
