Tom was able to fix right away. I was told by previous company that there was a leak and quoted me a huge cost. They also overfilled the freon but Tom found no leak. I would highly recommend Modern Air.

Tom is a total professional from installation to customer service. I had him put in a completely new air unit and it was a Pro job from start to finish. Don't hesitate to hire Modern Air...he was very close in price to the other but ten times more professional.

If you need AC service quickly due to a health condition, don't call Tom. The ambulance will arrive quicker than he will return a phone call. Don't rely on him to call you back. You will be calling him. If you reach him, don't take his word for appt. times. And if you live in Hernando County-, doesn't Home Advisor have someone closer? As for Tom, he is pleasant and competent. I would like to have someone available to call for regular maintenance. I thought he might be the one.

He fixed the problem

Tom was great. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and didn't try to sell additional unnecessary services. He was polite, professional and fast. Great conversations, very friendly and trustworthy. I could tell he loves his work and his customers, he wants to make sure you are taken care of and not taken advantage of. I highly recommend him and will use him from now on for all my heating and cooling needs. He has a good sense of humor too!
