After going through several different companies over the last year I have finally found my solid go to AC guy. Tom was extremely professional, quick, and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Friendly service person and quick to get to the house day after hurricane.

Hurricane Irma was on its way and to make matters worse our AC goes out. Thanks to Home Advisor and Tom with Modern Air we were rescued! He drove from New Port Richey to St Pete with the storm coming. To say Tom went above and beyond doesn't even come close. We'll have him back for routine maintenance. This company is exceptional! We highly recommend Tom and Modern Air!

Tom, the owner, went above and beyond what he was asked to do. We even cleaned the air handler and he did not even charge me for it. Basically a total AC check and the original problem solved quickly and reasonably.

Tom was very professional and friendly. He responded quickly to our phone call and was easy to schedule an appointment with. He successfully installed our Wi-Fi thermostat and spent a lot of time explaining AC info with us. We would definitely hire him again.
