Our Kitchenaid refrigerator freezer had a leak missed by the co. we had come last year. Tom was available, on time, very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, found the problem - a complicated one and fixed it. He was very reasonable and we would have him fix any problem we have. Awesome is not strong enough.

Came out quickly. Called on a Friday evening at 7:30 PM and Tom showed up on Saturday at 12 noon. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and honest. Quoted me before coming out and fixed the problem with expertise. He even helped me find my little dog that escaped down the block!
