The motor for the electronic recliner is malfunctioning, I called them about it about 8 months ago and the repair man came right away but let us know that they did not have the part in the store. They said they would send us the part in the mail, we have still not received it and have not heard anything back from the company. The repair man was very friendly and accommodating, but I am very disappointed with the follow up with the company.
Description of Work: I have an automatic reclining couch I purchased from this company less than a year ago that is not operating correctly.

I dont know why they have not replaced the furniture. For a project to run for over 5 years unresolved is inexcuseable.
Description of Work: This project started this project in 2010 through 2015. We contacted them that the furniture is falling apart, as they advertised a lifetime warrenty. We are now probably going to have replace the furniture thats falling apart.

THE SALES CLERK MISTAKENLY TOLD US THAT DELIVERY WOULD BE FREE, AND WROTE THE PURCHASE CONTRACT INDICATING FREE DELIVERY. WE AND THE CLERK BOTH SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THE NEXT DAY SHE CALLED TELLING US HER MANAGE SAID DELIVERY WOUDL BE $100. WE SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND HE PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT IF WE WANTED FREE DELIVERY HE WOULD TAKE IT OUT OF HTE CLERKS PAYCHECK, AND THEN HE ACCUSED US OF BEING MEAN AND UNCARING FOR WANTING TO TAKE THE MONEY FOR DELIVERY FROM THE CLERK. THE MANAGERS LAST NAME WAS KANE, NO IDEA IF HE IS RELATED TO THE OWNERS. JUST A REALLY DISAPOINTING TRANSACTION OVERALL.
Description of Work: PURCHASED LEATHER COUCH LOVE SEAT COMBINATION. ON THREE SEPERATE VISITS WE SPOKE WITH THREE DIFFERENT SALESPEOPLE. IN EACH CASE THEY MADE A POINT TO PUSH THE LEATHER WARRANTY AND KIT, STATING THAT IT COVERED ANY DAMAGE TO THE COUCH. ALL THREE OF THE SALESPEOPLE STATED THE WARRANTY COVERED DAMAGE CAUSED BY PETS. AFTER PUCHASE AND UPON READING THE WARRANTY (WHICH WAS SEALED IN THE LEATHER CARE KIT) IT SPECIFICALLY STATES THAT NO DAMAGE COVERED BY PETS WAS COVERED AT ALL.
