He came out the same day and was very prompt. It only took 45 minutes to fix the issues.

The fix went well. It was tough for me to diagnose because I knew I had a lot of water in my side yard but no water in the house. Based on his experience he (Scott) felt he knew exactly where the issue was (and he was correct). Brian had came within 30 minutes of me opening the Angie's List request and via phone he and Scott diagnosed the issue and came the next day to resolve it (which they did). Very professional, timely and detailed. If you're reading this, I hope your fix goes well but you will be in good hands with Free-Flow Plumbing.

My first experience with Angie's List was with Free Flow Plumbing and they're horrific!  I was hoping the bar would be raised for companies listed on Angie's List.....maybe I was mistaken.

My existing hot water heater was over 10 years old.  Had not been  ever routinely drained since it was installed.  The heater would barely drain and tank had large amounts of calcium deposits.
I contacted Scott with Free Flow and he recommended due to the age of the heater that I may want to consider replacing it. I agreed and he quoted me a price of $575.00 based on the location and size of the unit.  I set up appointment for Feb 10th at 9:00AM.
Bruce with Free-Flow showed up promptly at 9:00AM on the scheduled day and went right to work. He was very professional and courteous.  There was some difficulty in getting the old heater drained but he was persistent and got it drained. Once drained the old heater was removed and the new one installed and tested.  Bruce completely cleaned up the area and removed all of the old piping and  heater.
Having worked in Customer Service management positions for over 40 years I was very impressed with Bruce's great customer service skills.  He is a true asset to Free-Flow plumbing.
I would use this company again and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Kitchen faucet had  come off of its gasket.  Free flow replaced it (the plumbers putty was dried out and couldn't be replaced). Absolutely wonderful job. Third time I've used Scott's company. Reasonably priced and tremendous work ethic.

I called to make an appointment to get an estimate.  I have a pipe for the washing machine that is leaking.  I was a date and time for someone to come by, never saw anyone and did not receive a call.  I called and was told sorry but complications was another job and down a person.  Lets say Thursday morning and I will call to confirm tonight or tomorrow (this was Tuesday).  Again never heard anything or saw anyone.  I was very disappointed as I had received great service from Free-Flow on an installation of a hot water heater.  Totally get unforeseen issues, but follow up would have been appreciated

Very well. It took a little time to get the old ones out without damaging the pipes due to age and the wonderful Fl water quality.

Then installation was fine. Brian did a good job, and was very professional.

Very well.  Not terribly complicated.  Got to work and finished in very little time but also done right the first time.

Went well.  Checked all faucets, cleaned them, then replaced 2 shower faucets, and fixed toilet mount.  They were very professional and repairs were done in one day.

He is fantastic!!! He is very quick and fairly priced. He is very polite and respectful. He did a wonderful job and I can't say enough nice things about him!

• Scott was punctual, very professional and knew what he was doing.  I prefer a smaller company where the owner does the work.  Scott was finished   in about an hour.....and didn't even mind our ShihTzu checking out his every move!

After the faucet was installed we were asked to let it sit for about 4 hours to allow the clear caulk around the plate to dry completely. Even though there was a leak when we first turned the water on, when I called Scott (?) came straight over to the house and fixed the problem enven though it was after 5:00 p.m. Anyone can make a mistake but when that company is willing to go out of their way to tix the problem quickly they will continue to get my business. Thanks.
