I love the paint job. I've had neighbors tell me how great it looks. I did have a problem with the workers putting back things the way they were when they began and there was paint all over the tile floor in the lanai.

I was disappointed when I discovered a wet metal brush had been left in my laundry room sink and it rusted overnight. It took me 15 minutes of scrubbing to get the rust and paint out of my sink. That was my only complaint.

Jeffrey Hawkins and his crew pulled off a miracle that transformed my house from a warehouse to a chalet. People just passing by stopped and complimented Five Star's work. Jeff made sure I was satisfied with every detail before accepting payment. He had his crew working on Sunday to make sure the job was completed quickly. Who else can say they do that in today's environment? He had a specialist come to the house and coordinate the colors. When the job was done he made sure all the debris was removed. The results were absolutely magnificent. And to think the his was the lowest bid makes things even more astounding.

I've never hired someone to paint, because I thought "anyone can paint". My house has 12ft ceilings and cutouts throughout, but Jason and his crew were able to tackle the job in half a day (2 coats) and the quality was outstanding. They are priced right, considering it would have taken me 2 weeks by myself to complete the job. Jason shows that he truly cares about the client and the quality of his work. When it comes time for my exterior to be painted, Protect Painters will be the first number I call.

Jason, the owner, delivered a prompt, comprehensive and competitive estimate. He carefully listened to my concerns so that he could make sure they were all addressed. The painting crew (Naline, Javier & Thomas) completely painted the entire interior of my home in less than 5 days. They were on time, used the paints efficiently and communicated clearly. Jason was available during each phase of the project, including making sure that I was fully satisfied at the completion of the project. I would highly recommend this team for any size job!
