This is the 2nd time we have used Elegant Touch Stonework because we had such a great experience the 1st time they put granite in our master bathroom. They are very professional and friendly and experienced from the sales people to the installers. I would highly recommend their services.

They were very friendly and very professional. They guide you through all the aspects of the work. I did not see the extra granite that I wanted at their location so I I was referred to some granite warehouses in Tampa for an even better selection They arranged for the transportation of the countertop that I selected from the warehouse. The installation was beautiful. It is obvious that entire staff take know what they are doing and take pride in their work.

All went well, except that in order to provide an estimate for a granite counter I will have to go to place of business to choose design. Wish samples were available at time of visit in order to determine price. Nice, professional owner (Danny). Thanks.

the installation went well. They did a professional job and it looks great. Had a little issue with getting them to come to do the job as the original morning that was schedule apparently some workers called in sick and so it had to be rescheduled. That being said, once we agreed on another date, they showed up on time, were very courteous, and went right to work. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and shined up the countertop. I was very pleased with the whole installation and would definitely use them again in the future.

Danny did a great job with the install and detail work. We were very impressed by the cost and quality. This is a vacation home and we have had granite in MN for a few years now. MN is the home of many granite quarries, so you would think they are better at what they do. We did not have much luck in MN. The install went great here. I was impressed by the measurements and templates made when they did the measuring. Everything installed perfectly. A concern was brought to our attention during the measuring of a problem of where the seam would need to be. We worked out a plan of how to avoid the problem, However this left a small opening that I said I would fill. Danny was aware of this problem and asked what I was going to do. I asked if he could make a small piece of granite to fill the gap. There was no delay in him saying it would be no problem. They made it on site and installed. The installation of the sink went without a hitch and we determined where we wanted the faucet placement and that was done on site. The seams are flawless and nearly invisible. He even colored in the darker areas to hide the seam even better. We had company over for Thanksgiving and they did not even notice the seam until I showed them where it was and explained how he blended the colors. Overall I was completely satisfied and very impressed by Elegant Touch and the customer service received. They were very clean and left no mess. I would highly recommend their work. Only 1 thing I would suggest. The overhang for the seating around the peninsula was quite messy underneath from the dust left after cutting. It was very simple to clean with just water but it would be very impressive of them to do it in front of the customer to show how much care and quality goes into their work.

From our first contact to completion Danny, Gordana and the crew were consummate professionals. We chose our 2 granite slabs at their warehouse and could not be more pleased with the choice, quality and look of the new countertops. It was a pleasure to work with them and will do so in the future on other projects.

The original install had to be removed without damaging the good ones, which they were able to do. The new had to be installed to look like it had always been there and had to be very precise (built out surrounding a large refrigerator/freezer). They are very particular about getting it exactly right. Wish they had been our contractors from the beginning.

dan and his two assitants were very profressional,efficient ,friendly and did a beautiful job in just one day. I love my home and the way they transy formed my rooms. I highly recommend dan and his company. I will definetly have them do other work in my home when needed. they were also very helpful in explaning the many different types of stone and and other products so we were able to make our choices.thank you to dan and co. my husband and I are extremely satisfied.

Overall an outstanding experience! We visited their manufacturing facility and were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by the owners, Danny and Gordana Vujinovic. At no time were we rushed during our decision process. Once our decision was made we arranged to have one of the installers come out and measure the kitchen cabinets for the granite counter tops. We were contacted later that same day with a finalized quote and, after our acceptance of the price, we set up a time when the counter tops could be installed. On the date of the scheduled installation we were called and told that the installers would be there within the next hour. Once the installers arrived they immediately went to work removing the old counter tops, followed by the replacement of the granite counter tops. During the installation, Danny arrived and worked with the installers until the job was completed. Other than the obvious change of appearance of the kitchen due to the new counter tops, you would never know that they were there. Everything was completely cleaned up. A few days later we had some questions regarding the granite an Danny came to our house and addressed our questions to our full satisfaction. We highly recommend Elegant Touch Stonework for your residential and commercial needs. You will not be disappointed!

It went AWESOME. The 2 guys who installed were very friendly and the countertops look gorgeous. They installed both my under mount sinks for me (1 of which I purchased from them for a great price) and attached my dishwasher as well. They found one slab of granite as requested for our island even though its almost 11 ft long (most slabs are around 10 ft.) Also they put the seam for the back wall of countertops in the middle of the sink so you don't even see it. I bought dark brown countertops and they did a great job making the seam match the countertop so it's not even visible. They cleaned up after themselves and even swept my floors! Everyone I worked with was very pleasant and helpful. Gordana kept in touch via email regarding dates and times they would be coming out and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Did I mention they also made me 2 matching granite cutting boards and provided me with a cleaning kit for my countertops (free of charge?!) They also provided free advice on how keep the countertops looking nice and how to reseal every year. I have already been recommending this business to everyone I've seen and gotten TONS of compliments on my countertops!

Start to finish, the whole job was handled in a courteous and professional manner. Showed up when scheduled for estimate, again for creating counter template, and lastly for the installation. Made a couple of trips to the shop to select the granite from a good number of slabs that were on site. Owners and family were very friendly, allowing us all the time we needed to make our decision. Explained differences in pricing and were very helpful in making final selection. Had two other companies come in for estimates that I wouldn't have hired regardless of price due to either lack of information provided(how many seams, is the backsplash included, when can the job be completed, etc.) or having to put off appointments several times. No one likes to schedule their day to wait at home and either get a call that the salesman can't make or just not show up. Danny from Elegant Touch had all the answers, as well as providing a price on the spot. Also offered pricing for a couple of upgrades in granite choices and as stated earlier showed up on schedule. Workmanship was all I could ask for. Old tile countertops were removed, installers were very professional, and new countertops were precisely installed. Extra care was taken to ensure they were level...shims placed where needed as the existing cabinets were not always squared or leveled throughout the kitchen. 3" backsplashes were set in, everything was caulked neatly, and then a coat of sealant was applied. Had to have 2 seams, as the kitchen is a pretty good size rectangle and they turned out better than I expected. Also, had 70/30 stainless steel undermount sink installed and again, the fit was excellent. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with Elegant Touch Stonework and highly recommend to anyone to at least call them for an estimate if you're shopping for countertops.

We contacted Elegant Touch Stonework to have our kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced. We received a prompt free estimate. After choosing our granite, we met Danny at his shop where he and his staff explained all the pertinent details. Danny arrived on schedule and installed our countertops. They look fantastic. We are very impressed with the precision of the product as well as the installation. Danny and his entire team are knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Elegant Touch Stonework.

Danny and Tom arrived on time and installed the granite counter tops for our kitchen and bar area. Very Professional and quite helpful. The Price was much better than what we were quoted by the big box stores and the speed of service was outstanding!! We would recommend Elegant Touch to all our family, friends and neighbors!

It went great. They are very accommodating, timely, friendly, professional, and they do great work. They let me change my sink selection at the last minute. They came and did the templates within a day of choosing them as my installers. I chose them due to their pricing, their references (I called 3, and all were excellent), and their responsiveness and professionalism. I went to one of the Tampa granite suppliers and chose my slabs, and they had them delivered to them the following day. I could have had everything done, from choosing them, to complete installation in one week, however due to my changes in sinks, and me delaying them because of the holidays, it took about 12 days. They came in around 10 a.m. and were finished by 3:00pm. including tear-out. Looks great! and they threw in a nice granite cutting board. I would highly recommend them!
