It went very well with a no pressure talk about our lawn and what Crenshaw could do for us. After signing on a follow up call from the office reinforced the product and type of service to expect including a contact person in case we needed assistanceay. Two weeks later a supervisor came out and inspected lawn retreated as needed, no cost to me. Lawn looks better already, cost is $35 per month foe 6yearly visits with free servicing as needed. Nice people who know what they are doing.

We have used this company for at least 14 years and have been very satisfied with them. They are pleasant, thorough, arrive at the promised time/day, and we do not have a bug problem. On the rare occasions when I have an issue, I call and they come and solve the problem.

They are always on time, courteous, careful to keep the house clean. On the rare occasions that I have needed more frequest service or a re-treatment, they have been very quick to respond. Highly recommended.

AnHe was wonderful. I believed I had bugs eating the wood trim in my home. He could have charged me for services to exterminate them, but instead told me the truth that it was water damage from inferior paint. I had given up on termite maintenance because all the companies I had used in the past few years continually tried to high pressure me into buying more services than I needed or wanted, telling me I had bugs where I knew I did not. But I knew I had termites in the past as well as the kind of ants that eat damp wood. I use natural products for everything else in my home and have not seen any kind of other bug since I built it 30 years ago. He gave me a free inspection and told me he will come back in the Spring before the termites swarm every year to do preventive maintenance for me and that that is all I need to have done. Thank God for Angie's List and for the few honest businessmen out there like this one who reinforce our faith in humanity! I have NO problem paying a reasonable price for services I need to have done.

Crenshaw pest control was awesome! They called back right away and Mr. Crenshaw was at the house exactly when he said he would be, and was very forthcoming about an estimate, no hidden fees. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are one of the few Tampa based companies with the expertise to put down Top Choice fire ant control. It is a suberb product, it completely eliminated all the fire ants. It is guarenteed for one year or they will come back and re-treat. So far not a single fire ant is anywhere. The best part is that the product is non-toxice to pets, kids and wildlife, even non-toxice to and quot;goodand quot; ants that don't bite. Estimates begin at around $300 to remove fire ants from 50 ft around the house. A fantastic product and a great company, and for those of us who have dealt with fire ants for years, amazing!! Crenshaw Termite & Pest Control are reliable, they come when they are supposed to, and let you know. They are very courteous and do a good job.

They have been very good over time. They show up almost exactly at the promised appointment time, come back at no charge if there is a problem between visits, and have been very good at problem-solving at times when needed. I highly recommend this company.

Jon was our tech and he arrived on time, showed me what kind of ant was giving us trouble,set bait and sprayed the whole house inside and out, he even put some granuals in the yard mounds for us We are very pleased with him and this company and we are on service every other month.We have 2 cats and the stuff he used is pet safe.

Want to overcharge, priced for much more grass than we have.

I have been using them for several years. They are prompt and courteous. They are also responsive if there is an issue.

We don't have the price information right now with us. The people that come out are nice and we will continue to use them. We are satisfied with them.

They provide excellent service. They're always here when they say they're going to be. It's a reasonable rate. Their personnel are very nice. I've never had a problem. They will return if I have any problems.

He's really cool. They're all so excellent. Other people have taken them. The great thing about him is, I had a red ant infestation all of a sudden and I called him. The owner himself came out, looked at it, and he sprayed everything inside and out of my pool area. He said the minute I see something to call him. I call the office and they send somebody immediately. There's no charge for that service. Whatever I was charged, I could have called him 5 times and it doesn't matter, they will come back. My sister uses them also. Her magnolia tree had gotten a strange bug on it and was dying. They came out every day for a week until they actually got that tree to come back, for no charge. He sent guys for multiple weeks to see that the tree was doing well. They take an active interest and I would really highly recommend them. They answer their phones. The whole family works in the place. Prior to them coming to the house, they call the day before to let me know they're coming. I really, really love them.

I choose them due to a fire ant problem prior to moving into my home. They were able to take care of the ant problem and guaranteed the product for 1 year. They are always friendly and prompt. They had a reasonable price as well. They offer personalized service. Mr. Crenshaw came to my home when I was getting treatment for fleas outside and gave me the estimate himself.

My wife and I recently discovered wasps in our master bathroom and could not figure out where they were coming from. Then, we heard buzzing coming from within the bathroom's exhaust fan/vent. At that point, we knew we had a wasp issue and needed to find an exterminator fast. I called several different companies, but no one was able to get to our home for well over a week, most claiming that it was their and quot;busy season.and quot; However, with one quick call to Crenshaw Termite and Pest Control, we were able to get the help that we needed.

I called Crenshaw at around Noon on a Wednesday. The extremely polite and friendly customer service agent on the phone told me that she could have someone out to our home at 8am the very next day. And, in addition to providing such wonderful customer service and getting us an appointment so quickly, she was able to provide us with a quote over the phone. No other company had been willing to give a price on the phone as each said that they had to come out and examine the situation before giving an estimate. Not Crenshaw! They did not waste our time or lock us into a price after arriving on site, as they immediately gave us a firm (not to mention, reasonable!) price over the phone so that we knew what to expect the next day.

True to their word, at just about 8am the next day, Mr. Crenshaw and his son were at my home to handle our wasp situation. Both Mr. Crenshaw and his son were extremely polite and introduced themselves. Then, unlike many agents who come into our home, both Mr. Crenshaw and his son took a great deal of time wiping their shoes prior to entry. This is a truly excellent level of customer service, showing me that they truly cared for our home. Upon entry, they followed me to the master bathroom, and they immediately got to work. They brought in their ladder and carefully removed the cover from the exhaust vent and examined the situation. They then closed off the bathroom and sprayed the entire vent area in a quick and efficient manner, with chemicals that did not stink up my home. Additionally, they kindly reach out the bathroom window to spray and remove another small wasp nest that had been forming. They were extremely kind and professional, and had completely handled our problem in less than thirty minutes.

At the end of their service, payment was quick and easy. They told me that they accepted basically any form of payment, both credit card and check. The cost was true to the word, a mere $100, which seems a very reasonable price for such a service. And, that cost came with a thirty day warranty -- if we see any wasps near our home within the next thirty days, they will come back and eliminate them for free! I doubt we will have to take them up on that, however, as they appear to have quickly and efficiently handled our issue with just that single treatment.

All in all, Crenshaw Termite and Pest Control seems to be an extremely reliable and friendly family-run business which I would highly recommend to anyone. We did not experience any problems with them, and I highly doubt you will either. The next time that we have any pest issue in our home, Crenshaw Termite and Pest Control will be the first and only company that we will call!

I have used Crenshaw Pest Control for approximately 32 years. They have done my pest control the entire time. More recently I have hired them to do my termite (Centricon) Control as well as to spray and fertilize my lawn. They have always been extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had other pest control companies before finding Crenshaw. I did not receive the same level of service from other vendors, nor were their prices as economical as Crenshaw. They are a family owned / operated business, they do have employees who are not family, but it is obvious that they are well screened. I have, on occasion seen a pest between services. I just make a call and they come back out and re-do the service, at no expense to me.

I have used Crenshaw Pest Control to protect my home and yard for over 30 years. I've always been satisified with their prompt, courteours, clean and efficient service. However, recently our relationship entered a new level. We had new sod installed in our front yard and it immediately started to die. When the standred chemicals did not help the problem, Crenshaw took grass and soil samples and sent them off for analysis. The findings led to a different approach to treatment and I now enjoy a beautiful front yard. Crenshaw is very concerned with the ongoing needs of their customers. How many companies do you know that make it a practice to drive by the homes of clients just to monitor the ongoing conditions of their lawns? Crenshaw is the only one I know.

From the start my lawn was ugly, deadish and full of weeds. It is now one of the best looking lawns on the block!

They charge about $60 for one treatment and about $65 for another one. They call me the day before they come out. They show up after they call me and they also show up when they are supposed to show up. We don’t have bugs and the lawn looks good. They knock on the door when they get here. I then go and bring my dogs in. Then they do what they are supposed to do and leave. I have asked them on occasions about different bug problems and stuff. They are very thorough and they explain what the deal is. They sometimes do some things and sometimes I tell them not to bother and we can see if it persists. They are great. I have used them for a number of years. They are proactive. They call me before they come. The people that come out are professional although I don’t interact with them a lot.

Overall the owner has been nice and has tried to make up for his employees mistakes. But enough is enough. On at least two different occasions they have claimed to come out to check the bait stations, when in fact they did not. They did come out to check after we called them on it. A different excuse each time, like, "Oh, she accidentely treated another house with the same last name, O'Brien". Or, "the computer says she checked the bait stations". But the bait stations were clearly not checked, they were still covered up with old dirt, etc. And, "oh, you don't need to worry about those ants crawling into your facia boards, carpender ants don't eat wood".

About a month a go I was looking for a company to provide yearly service on my home. So I was call around getting quote and finding out how each company addressed the different bug. Most company were great and were able to tell me most everything I needed over the phone. When I called Crenshaw they would not give me any info over the phone and stated that they would have to come to my home in order for me to get a quote or even a ball park. So I took time off and schedule an estimaton for them to come to my home. The guy that show up was not professional and had very little to say as I asked questions about their servie. On toip of that he did not even look around my house and never left the front room. He just gave me a quote based on what I told him the square footage of the house was. Well this all could have been done over the phone rather than me having to wait around for someone to show up. I did not use this company . I felt that the run around was just crap. Plus the guy that showed up made me feel that I was incomvences him by call him out to my hoe for a quote.
