Allpro Tree & Landscaping

Great. I was delinquent in getting these trimmed to the point of getting the dreaded HOA palm tree letter. I called Pete (owner) and asked him if he could fit me in within the next week. He was able to do it a couple days later. Great response and excellent work as usual.

Great. Pete (owner) had great communication with me and although it was an expected 2 day job he sent extra workers to get it all done in one day. Minimal track marks from equipment. Work was done thoroughly and thoughtfully. I wish I thought to take before and after pictures. The amount of trees removed was substantial! Very happy with outcome and meant to put this review on months ago.

I called ALL PRO last Thurs 4/21. I asked for an estimate on my Oak Trees in front yard for his choice of either Thurs, Friday, or even Saturday 4/23. He never showed to provide estimate. Received No return call. I will call another company, most likely the one I used last time also on Angie's List.

Allpro was wonderful. Their crew worked like a well-oiled machine and were done with the entire job in less than 3 hours. They cleaned up and left the area nicely picked up. I was very pleased with the quality of the sod as in he past I have not gotten such high quality product. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any landscape needs. Excellent job!!

Arrived promptly, got the job done & cleaned up well. Dead tree was in the middle of a flower bed which they managed to work around without damaging flowers. Were in the middle of the road price-wise, but couldn't be happier with the job they did. Would recommend & would also use Pete & his crew again.

This is my second interaction with AllPro. AllPro may be one of the best service providers I have ever dealt with. I contacted them to schedule the removal of two medium/large sized Camphor trees, and trim three large palms in my front yard. Pete immediately came out to provide an estimate. We discussed a rough time frame to have the work done. Once I was ready, Pete responded immediately. He was able to fit me in the schedule much sooner than I expected or planned. The work was done magnificently as usual. The best thing about them is their work ethic. When you call, they respond very quickly and always get back to you. This is a top notch A++ provider. Keep up the great work. I would use them again and again, and would highly recommend to anyone. Much thanks to Angie also.

Never receiving a return phone call left me with no other choice than to feel that my time had been wasted and to go with another company.

Pete arrived at the time expected, and had all the necessary paperwork to show he and his crew were covered with liability insurance and workmen's compensation as well. His crew were polite, competent, worked well together, and did an excellent job of cutting what needed cutting, and leaving the trees looking healthy and balanced. The clean-up was excellent as well. They met all of our requirements and expectations, and I've already recommended them to a neighbor. We would certainly hire them again.

it was pouring rain. I didn't think they would come, but they were there on time and waited out the storm. they then were able to take care of the project and did a great job. cleaned up after themselves too.

Pete and his crew did a truly excellent job. They were fast, professional, and did a great job of cleanup after the work was through. I plan to hire All Pro again for my landscaping needs.

I met with Pete, the owner, on Friday afternoon to go over the work I needed. He quoted a fair & reasonable price. It was important for me to get the work done asap. Pete and his crew were on the job first thing Monday morning. Did a great job, very professional and a nice guy. I'm happy to be able to recommend a local business.

I got three estimates to install new sod at the front and side yard, and to remove all of the landscaping at the front of the house except for some azaleas. There was also some clean up of smaller brush and removal of debris on the property. Some stumps had to be grind down. I chose AllPro because their price was competitive and they could start the project sooner than the other two companies. When I met with Pete Spiridis, I found him to be knowledgeable about how to properly prune oak trees. Something I was concerned about. He told me that it would take a day to compete the work with a crew of four to five guys. My project was divided into three phases. The first was to prune the trees and remove the old landscaping. The second was to create a new landscape plan to submit to our HOA for approval. The third phase was to install the new sod. AllPro charged $3,800 to complete the first phase of the project. They quoted $2,700 to install six pallets of sod. I never received a landscape plan to submit to the HOA, or a quote to complete the new landscaping. After the first phase was completed, Pete told me he would provide me with a landscape CAD drawing in about 5 days. After seven days, I called Pete about it. He said he hurt his back and couldn't get to it, but that I would have it in a couple of days. Four days went by and I didn't have it. I called Pete again and he told me I would have it in three hours. I NEVER HEAD FROM HIM AGAIN! I'm writing this on November 4, 2015. I was satisfied with the oak tree pruning and the other work that AllPro completed in phase one. I gave the four guys who did the work a $100 tip and told them I looked forward to seeing them soon to complete the project. However, I cannot explain the lack of follow up by Pete and his unprofessional way of doing business. I'm baffled by this. I'm in the process of completing the project using Landmark Nursery. They've been great with their communication and they have a new customer who's spending about $6,000.00 to complete the project that AllPro could have had. DM

We love the landscaping design Allpro provided and installed. Pete and his crew did an amazing job. He was quick to provide us with a quote and then worked with other companies that we had scheduled (fence install and irrigation company) to make sure they were all completed in conjunction with each other. Pete and his guys even relocated two palms for us. Would highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs. The prices are fair and competitive. We will definitely be using them in the future for any additional landscaping needs.

There price was very competitive. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond.

On July 13, 2015 I called AllPro Tree Service and left a message about scheduling an appointment to get a quote to remove several trees on my property. They never called back. Apparently they have so many jobs that they can't be bothered to call a potential customer back, even if it is just to say that they can't do the job. I called three other tree service companies, and they all called me back and gave me a quote. Don't waste your time with this company.

He was to come out on the 7th and no showed no call. He then called the next day and apologized for not coming out and asked to come out that afternoon. He never showed up or called.

They came and got everything done just in time before the downpour of rain. All went well and as expected. Would use again.

They were available within the hour of being called and completed the job within 30 minutes of arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Pete showed up for the estimate when he said he would. Had plenty of help on the day of the job. Cleaned everything up pretty good. Definitely knew what they were doing.

Pete the owner was very friendly and offered a very competitive price. The crew showed up on time and were very friendly. They took the time to ask me what I wanted to have done and also made some suggestions given their experience in terms of some other things I hadn't though of. They worked their tales off in the heat of the day but did all the little things like making nice edges around plants, etc. I was really pleased with the hard work they did and they treated me well. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called for an estimate on tree removal and trimming. Appointment made and they showed up 3 hours ahead of scheduled time and I was not home. I called as they never showed up on the time pre-arranged and they said they weren't able to come and scheduled for next day. Never showed up and never called me back to reschedule for the second time. This is very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Will not use this company or recommend them to anyone. Their lack of care for my time speaks volumes on their business practice.

I contacted several providers for cost estimates regarding a large oak tree in my front yard. I was growing concerned about root damage to my neighbor's driveway. Pete came out promptly and gave me a quote. He followed up later in a professional and appropiate manner after the first meeting. I later went with Allpro to do the work. The price was as stated. Pete took care of the permits, and actually was ready to do the work before the estimated time frame. His crew was top notch professional and very courteous. These guys are very very good at what they do. I have a couple other trees I need to have trimmed and possibly removed. I would use Allpro again for all my landscape needs. After deciding I wanted a better experience (and completed work) than using the various people who dropped by whenever they were doing work in the area, I called Pete at Allpro Tree & Landscaping (and a few others) for an estimate on some tree trimming work. Pete was the only one who got back to me in a timely manner and scheduled a time to come out and give me a quote in a matter of days - and not weeks like some others. And although he told me he was currently scheduling 2 weeks out (again, better than the at least 3+ weeks I was hearing from others), he said he might be able to schedule me in sooner since it wasn't a full day job. He called back later that afternoon and confirmed he could do the work the next day - weather permitting. Pete's crew showed up on time and walked through everything they would be doing, explaining how they would be shaping the trees. They got right to work and did an excellent job both trimming the trees and cleaning up afterward. Pete stopped by to check on the work and look at one of the trees that had previously been hit by lightning and was experiencing some rot his crew pointed out to me, giving me an honest opinion of the tree's condition and a fair and reasonable price to remove it if I chose to. Pete and his entire crew were friendly, polite, and professional. His pricing was more than reasonable and fair for the quality and work performed. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Allpro Tree & Landscaping, Inc. to neighbors, friends and family, or anyone looking for a top notch tree service.

Peter responded very quickly to my request in an email on Angie's List. I sent him my contact phone # and he called the next day. I had several estimates so it took awhile for me to get back to him but when I did he again responded quickly. I wanted to change a few things on the initial quote so he came out and we went over it all and changed the items I wanted changed. We both agreed and the work was done within 3 weeks when he had room in his schedule. The work was completed in one day and all the workers were very pleasant and did their best to work with me figuring out how much to cut things back and where to place things. I might add it was 93 degrees the day they were here but no one was complaining. Peter stopped by late in the afternoon to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to call AllPro again should I need any work done and I have all ready recommended them to others.
