Allpro Tree & Landscaping

Pete was the third estimate I received. He was comparable to the first one I got. I never heard back from the second one. The difference with Pete and the first guy was huge. The first man told me that trees way in the back of the yard that I didn't want anything done to to begin with were going to split and fall. It's not a matter of if but when he said. Next thing I knew he was making plans to cut down and trim trees that I had no intention of messing with. I asked Pete about the same trees because I was worried about the impending falling of them. He simply said they might eventually fall, but they won't hit anything if they do, and I could deal with it then. I was grateful for his honesty. He didn't try to push something I didn't want. His guys worked hard and all day. They got here around 9, and didn't leave till dark. My yard looks great. I plan on bringing Pete and company back later to lay some new sod. I enjoyed working with him and can't recommend him highly enough.

Company took care of county permit, which I did not even know we needed. Crew arrived on time and made quick work of taking down large tree and disposing of all debris. During grinding process, they hit a water line. They immediately made repairs to that and put everything back in order. No additional time or charges. We highly recommend this company.

The one trunk of the tree fell unexpectedly at noon. I called Allpro and within one hour I got the estimate and a promise to remove the fallen trunk and cut the remaining two trucks. The crew arrived as promised and quickly got to work. They were very skilled, safe in the removal and throughly cleaned up after grinding the stump. We were very pleased with the work. This is a professional operation and I highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience and Pete and his crew were the consummate professionals. Pete did everything he said he would and more. Pete is very honest and extremely knowledgeable about sod and landscaping in general. Right away when Pete came out I knew he would do a great job. His knowledge and confidence in his abilities and the services he provides was evident from the start. Pete was very punctual and from the start, the process unfolded just as he said it would. My wife and I had never replaced a yard with sod and did not have the first clue as to what bushes we should select. Pete was very patient and thoughtful in helping us select the bushes and arranging them to our liking. We are very satisfied and definitely happy we picked Pete.

Crew arrived promptly, worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I give them an overall 'B' rating was some items mentioned on the walk through before the job weren't done due to time constraints and it took them a couple weeks to return and grind down the 2 stumps. We had to call them a couple times to get the stumps finished up.

We needed palm trees trimmed and a number of shrubs removed. Allpro said they were interested in doing this work and they would call me back to schedule a visit and provide an estimate. They called a few days later and said they would be at our home in 20-30 minutes. I told them I was leaving for an appointment and could not be home. We agreed to an appointment at noon on the following Monday. On the date & time agreed upon Allpro did not show up. I called to ask if they were coming later that day. I never heard back from them. The company name is definitely misleading. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: After writing this review Pete came by my home to apologize. He explained that he often writes customer call notes while on the road and said he had lost my telephone number. He admitted that he needs to amend his procedures to prevent this from happening in the future. I accepted his explanation and apology. Pete offered to provide my next palm tree trimming at no charge. So I'm changing the overall grade from an F to a C.

Pete was promp on his initial meeting, he was fast quoting the job on the spot. He was fast getting the permits and getting right on it and removing the decayed trees, leveling the yard and resodding with new st. augustine mulch, and removing the old disfigured ornamental trees on two corners. he'll be back to finish removing the old mulch and have the new mulch. I am so very very happy with his work and how quick, and professionally he handled the entire job. My neighbors were also so impressed and think my front yard looks fantastic!

Our yards were a mess! The roots from large trees on every corner of our property had grown throughout our entire front yard and killed most of the grass that was there. There were also numerous railroad ties and large, unkempt bushes all around the property. In addition, due to bee allergies, it was necessary to remove all flowering plants as they attracted a lot of bees. Pete came to the house, gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and gave us landscaping options for each of our concerns. The first step was to remove all flowering plants and railroad ties in the front and back and break up the whole root structure of the trees in the front yard. They even removed an old half fence gate that was no longer needed. Pete's workers were fantastic, and they worked very quickly. They replaced broken sprinkler heads, capped a few sprinklers no longer needed, and recommended a fantastic and reasonably priced professional sprinkler company for more in depth sprinkler repairs. They brought in all new plants that added color without flowers, new mulch, new sod for front and back lawns as well as a truck load of rock for one side of the house. After the work was done, Josh walked me through caring for new lawns and answered all my questions. In addition, Pete answered many texts after the fact when I thought of more questions. In all, our experience was stellar and I would highly recommend Pete and his crew.

Pete was there to personally supervise the job. His workers were professional and very courteous. Pete insured nothing was left behind and the area around my residence was cleaner than before his arrival. Very impressed by the professional work and willingness to make the customer happy. We are now evaluating our quotes from several companies and will make our decision soon. Pete gave us a written quote for general yard clean up, removing dead trees and installing live trees. I liked that he itemized his quote so we can pick and choose what services we want.

It went very well. I was most impressed as to how they managed to trim and cut the trees, in such a tiny area, having to watch out for roof tops so close by, and they did not have to use any heavy equipment, (therefore no broken sprinkler worries). The 2 trees cut down and removed were extremely tall, and over 30 years old. It looks neater now, and I believe we will be safer when we have windstorms.

Pete and his crew are a great group of guys and they did an outstanding job on my front yard. The job was a complete renovation starting with the removal of previous palms/plants and preparation of the beds. Prior to the job starting, Pete worked with me to mock-up a design. We worked together on it until my wife and I were happy. After approval, Pete came over with a final bid. Pete worked with me on the numbers (very much appreciated!) and I gave approval to move forward. The job was completed in one day. His crew is excellent and professional. They really worked hard in the blistering heat and had to do a lot of manual work since their tractor broke down before the job started. Pete doesn't know this, but I made sure to tip the guys for their outstanding efforts. During the job I made an additional requirement (to run a drain) and Pete worked with me again on the price for the extra labor. Again, very happy with his willingness and flexibility. The team completed the job, left me some extra bags of pine mulch, and did a great job cleaning up. One nice extra touch is that the crew made a design in the main flower bed. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of that. End of the day, Pete and his crew are a great group and you should definitely call them to bid and work your landscaping job. Tom

These guys are so professional! They removed the marked trees and shrubs, ground the stumps and removed all debris. They know what they are doing!! We would use them again in a heartbeat!

They did an excellent job, clean up was great even though I was not present thanks for such a professional job. Will be sure to use in the future. Good customer to have on Angie's list.

Arrive when promised. Completed work timely, Clean up great. A little pricey but worth the professionalism and reliability.

The job was completed in an extremely professional manner. The tree stumps were ground and when finished, the area was left like new. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of service. In the past, I have had other companies perform landscaping work on my property, but I have never seen any other company perform the same type work with the modern equipment that AllPro uses. In the future, I would not hesitate for a moment in using AllPro again.

The owner called promptly in return to my request and showed up on time for estimate. The crew showed up on time. They worked quickly and hard and finished all in one day. Very pleased and would use again for sure.

owner Pete and his crew removed 1 large oak using a crane, plus removed 3 smaller trees and included stump grinding all stumps. 1 oak that was overhanging garage roof was raised and trimmed to open up. 1 oak in back yard was also trimmed. Job also included prepping yard for new sod, moving piles of block and brick, removing small trees and lots of roots, re-grading and installing new St. Augustine sod. The sod came from Lake Okeechobee area and is the best I have seen after re-soding 2 other properties. All work was completed in 2 days and cleaned up, including pressure washing driveway. Excellent work overall. I would use AllPro again.

Pete is very professional. We called several tree services and Pete's pricing was the best. He was also the most professional. He got all the permits needed for us. He was on the job site the entire time. His workers were also very professional. His equipment is adequate to get any job done, small or large. The job was done promptly and they cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend Pete for any job needed.

All Pro was punctual and reliable from the start. Pete, the owner, came to give me an estimate the same day I called. I also received quotes from two other companies, but due to poor follow up, All Pro was my obvious choice. Once the contract was finalized, Pete arranged the appointment. His guys arrived on time and finished within an acceptable time frame.

I called Pete and he was able to come look at my project right away. We walked about the property and he suggested several options while taking in consideration my ideas and concerns. He was so on the mark with everything. We signed a contract and applied for the permitting. Once received he started immediately. His crew were so respectful and incredibly efficient. The project was amazing to watch and all my neighbors came out like a tailgate party to watch this talented band of young men work. They completed all the removal in one afternoon with unbelievable equipment that got the job done quickly. They returned the next morning and finished with all the planting and mulching. We really had a wonderful experience. They left the property spotless. The price was very reasonable and Pete worked with my budget. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!! I will be using them again for semi annual maintenance.
