After all the work was done, the pool area was completely clean and the new screens look great!
My only regret is that we did not think about having covers added to our roof gutters (A Aluminum does that kind of work, too) but we will have them come back to do that in the near future. This will prevent so much clutter from getting into our gutters.
WAITED 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER GIVING $1,000.00 DEPOSIT AND FILLED OUT NOC.HEARD NOTHING, THEN CALLED THEM ONLY TO GET THE RUN AROUND.
DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ME.
REFUSED TO DO BUSISNESS WITH ME AND SAID THEY WOULD RETURN MY MONEY.
ALL ALONG I WAS WAITING, NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANYTHING.
NOW I HAVE TO START OVER.
"{members name removed}, We apologized for the fact that perhaps the process was not explained in a more simplistic fashion on the two occasions that we touched upon the subject. On Feb 10th we met at your home to prepare the estimate, on Feb 11th the estimate was emailed to you with the instructions, on March 3rd you called with questions about how to fill out the paperwork and on March 27th we contacted you asking for the paperwork so we could go forward with the project. A few days later we received the NOC in the mail with no other instructions from you. A couple of weeks later we were contacted by you letting me know that we had 3 days to start and complete the job. This short time frame left me no other option but to let you know that the engineering and permit was still pending because of the delay regarding when we received the NOC from you. As you are aware, we could not proceed with the job in advance of obtaining the engineering and county approval of the project. Your failure to provide us with adequate notice of your expected timeframe left us with no other option than to return your deposit. Shortly after our last conversation I sent you a check in the amount of 1,000.00 as re-payment of your deposit. Our Company has an excellent reputation and all our reviews speak highly of it. He came out and quoted the job the day after I called. He said it will be the best price and it was.
Because I have Angies list I always get 3 prices. (was going to use him if close anyway)
They did a complete rescreen and repaired 2 gutters to drain better. One
they installed 2 years ago and the other was installed 22 years ago and until
now never drained completely. The crew worked hard all day and it looks great.

had to wait until 5/9 for 1st available appointment (did not like having to wait a week but I figured if they were busy they must be good)
at 1:30pm on 5/9 received call that their truck broke down and re-scheduled for 5/10 at 2pm
now show and no call
called their office at 2:30pm and left message with no return call

With that said, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for having to re-schedule your appointment. I personally phoned you on the evening of Friday the 9th of May, and left a message, to let you know that we would need adjust the Saturday appointment to Monday. It is not unusual for customers to be scheduled several days in advance of calling to request an estimate. As much as we would like to attend to each one within a day or two, our schedule simply does not allow. We are still willing to estimate your project for you and as a result of the inconvenience that you suffered, we are willing to extend a discount to you should you have the work completed by us. As much as we would like to say that we never make mistakes or that we never have to amend our appointment schedule, such is just not the case as unexpected incidents occur that are beyond our control. I cannot say enough about this company. It is so refreshing to employ a company that is professional, prompt, and which acts with integrity. I've already referred them to a couple of friends and will definitely use them again!
