CSI inspected my shower and agread to perform the work that needed to be done without trying to sale me additional work. The job was small, so Cris did the work himself and charged a reasonable rate. The bathroom was clean when he left. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

This was an emergency repair - Craig picked up the call right away and was at my house to stabilize the problem right away. Things got a bit messy as we had to rely on a third party for part of the repair project and they had staffing issues that caused an estimated 5 day project to turn into one taking almost 2 weeks to complete. CSI did a great job with the finishing work after the mess left by the third party. So, it was stressful, but all turned out well. Craig is patient and pleasant to deal with.

repair of floor tile, i was expecting new tiles instead of reusing my broke tiles, the whole repair did not take that long so it was a bit pricy for the time involved and barely any new materials.

"This customer had no matching tiles to match the rest of their house so I reused tiles that were uncoupled from the floor and had to grind the backs of the tiles of the mortar and then reset them so they would not need to buy an entirely new floor. I am efficient in my movements and try and move on to the next one in need as soon as I can but making sure the job is completed how we contracted it for as well as the price it was negotiated for... not many people would want to deal with a job like that."

Very happy with Construction Services. Given quote same day contacted. Found them to be vey meticulous throughout project. Was careful to keep dust to a minimum by using shop vac as cut to grout was done. Cleaned up before leaving. End result is beautiful. Will reccomend to all my friends.

Craig is the type of individual that will look you in the eye when he's talking to you. A liar cannot do this. I trusted Craig immediately. We proceeded with the project based on a simple handshake; no paperwork; no contract until the job was finished to our satisfaction. He was on time, every time....or called to notify us if there was going to be any delay (and this happened only once). Trust and good communications....two attributes that caused me to choose CSI and I would highly recommend them.

The tile is BEAUTIFUL!! They guys did a GREAT job putting it in and working around my crazy schedule. I would definitely recommend CSI to a friend or family but make sure to get a very specific quote before hand. :-)

Craig promtly contacted me, set up an apointment to check out the job, arrived at the agreed time, gave me a couple of options with ballpark quotes. After making my choice, he followed up that afternoon with a formal quote and list of what was to be done and the quote agreed with his earlier price. The job was done on time and turned out beautful.

I chose CSI out of 4 quotes that I had received for the work I needed done. Not only am I happy with the work, but overwhelmed with the service that Craig provided. First, He met the lowest quote that I had previously received. Second, My wife and I would have had a difficult time taking time off work. Craig readily offered to perform the work after I got home from work. He worked tirelessly beginning at 4:30pm until late into the evening. I think I wore out before he did! The demolition of our bathroom tile was done cleanly and quickly. Craig even distributed the debris into numerous containers to make it easier for the trash collectors! That is caring! The entire job took around 10 hours spanning two evenings. The quality of Craigs work is first class all the way! Clean up was thorough and complete. If anyone requires tile replacement, you need look no further than CSI. I highly recommend Craig for his high quality work, customer service and professionalism. He is a breath of fresh air in this highly competative market and economy. Thank you Craig!

"Small bathroom floor was removed (40sqft). Items were left in contractor trash bags weighing about 25lbs each, and a vanity on the side. In order to save homeowners a landfill charge and time and gas to get there, we let the waste management company take it. Saved $200.00 in having the management company do it. Great customer to work with. Just ask us for help and we will make arrangements to."
