I was overcharged, reviewed by another contractor. He would drop out of sight and not return calls. There are things in the house to date that are not complete and some of the work is not up to standard. However some work is acceptable.

1. I was overcharged
2. Mr. Waara would not return phone calls and drop out of sight for long periods of time
3. To date there is still things unfinished in the home
4. have had to hire an attorney. He requested prrof of monies spent. Mr. Waara dropped out of sight.
