My roof was cleaned by Trafford using a very powerful power washer.  The day after the cleaning I noticed a leak in my roof over the garage.  When I requested they repair the leak they refused, claiming their work was not the cause.  There were no leaks prior to this cleaning, only after.  Although this cleaning was part of a long term cleaning contract, I am discontinuing this contract and no longer intend to use this company to clean my roof.

The crew showed up when promised, and was very professional. Some areas are beautiful, but some areas could have used a little more concentration. Overall, the service was good.

They arrived on the scheduled date and did a great job of cleaning my very dirty lanai and pool cage. They did not break the cage screens as some other people have done. I was very happy and would use them again.

The workers from Trafford did a good job. They really did quality work. They were very responsive. They totally cleaned up the area when they were through. Their price was in line for me. They were very prompt and available. I would use them again.

When they cleaned off the roof they didn't prevent the run off, so everything ran off into my pool and caused my filter to mess up. The only positive note I have about them is that the roof looked very good when they were finished. This wasn't a pleasant experience and I would not use them again.

They did a great job. Not only did they clean the roof they also kept track of broken tile before and after and repaired. Tile broken before cleaning were done at $3.50 each. Tile Trafford broke were no charge. GREAT JOB.
