First off, Tom is honest and just a great down to earth guy. Tom made the appointments convenient for us - didn't try to sell us something we didn't need - just proper maintenance. We have been so pleased with Tom that we have given out his name to our customers and have had nothing but wonderful feedback from everyone we've ever given his name to - can't ask for more than that!
