The Pool Whisperer

After years (about 5) of being a loyal customer, a route manager took it upon himself to vilify me in the most disrespectful way through an Email over a complaint I had with one employee in the billing department. Instead of calling me to resolve the issue he sent me a nasty email. And his final action is what leads me to this review. He pulled the technician from my property without notice. I always had a great experience while the owner was involved with day to day operations. Then all a sudden unacceptable problems started to happen. Missed weeks that caused the pool to turn green. Being charged for a broken pump item after the technician told me he broke it by accident. That is when the new lady in billing started with shady billing practices. The only reason I believe that a route manager would have been angry to respond over a complaint is they must be more than coworkers. But to stop servicing a customer over a complaint is absolutely bad business. Only my opinion. Do not use.

We hired The Pool Whisperer to service and maintain our pool when we moved to Naples. They were referred to us by another highly satisfied customer living in our community. Turned out that they definitely know pools and are genuine people who care and take pride about their work. They not only clean our pool, which they do so excellently. They also do maintenance. They have replaced our pump, check valve, plumbing and more when needed. They are honest about their work and will explain how everything works without hesitation. When something comes up that's out of their league, they can recommend someone with the expertise to handle those issues. Had a choice between hiring a big company who hires questionable employees and a local, family owned business who is honest and knows exactly what it's doing. Price on the review reflects the monthly recurring maintenance fee. It's reasonable compared to other similar local companies in the area. The amount we've spent getting the pool back in shape was more than $800.00 to cover their service, which included the replacement of all worn out or malfunctioning parts. Our pool looks 100 times better than we first moved into the house.

We have 5 pool homes that are taken care of by the Pool Whisperer. He keeps them looking crystal clear.

My pool is extremely clean and looks amazing. He is wonderful, I love him. I can't say enough good things about him. Not only does he do a great job but he is a sincerely good person.
