I went in to have the upholstery done on my Jaguar. When I called to find out if the car was done, he said yes, however my car door was smashed. The guy was just one of the most rude people I have ever met. He had the lowest estimate. With my smashed my car door, he made it seem like it was my fault. He was very rude and used vulgarity. The car was finally fixed, and was not fixed properly. At this point I had to call the police and a lawyer, because he wouldn't let me know where the car was being fixed. It was like holding my car as stolen property. Ted's son was very nice. Ted is very rude. Dealing with someone who doesn't know customer service is not worth the savings. I had to go back there in order for him to adjust the car.
