They were suppose to come out today at 10, I called them up and he said "no we said anytime after 10" so I ok, I just called them back cause they still are not here, and he said that the guy that was coming is stuck on another job, I told them to just cancel the services because they could have at least called me and told me what was going on. Lack of communication.

Basic cleaning and tune up of existing air handler and condenser units. Algaecide put in drip line.

Jason stood at our door, dripping wet in the midst of a raging thunderstorm.  Lightning bolts were crashing everywhere.  I had placed the service request  at 4:15 pm, and he arrived at 5:00 pm.  The air conditioner was not functioning at all. 
He did a quick check inside our home.  Then he raised his umbrella and went to work outside.  (The lightning had stopped, but the rain continued.) He did a system check and determined that a blocked drain on the air conditioner condensate was the problem. He cleared the drain and added a preservative to the drain pan.  He also verified that refrigerant pressures were satisfactory and that the system could maintain a 20 degree air temperature drop.
Jason showed me the condensate level alarm system and how to check it.  He gave me instructions on how to do it myself if the problem occurred again.
Jason did all the right things.  He was knowledgable, efficient, courteous, etc.  He did not try to pressure us into buying any gadgets.
Total charges were $90 for diagnosis and $90 for labor.  No charge for the service call, bad weather or work after 5:00 pm.
We would use Speedy Air Conditioning again

Excellent.  We purchased our current air conditioning system from this company six years ago, after obtaining bids and interviewing several local companies.  We chose Speedy, and continue to use them.  This company continues to provide excellent service by the employees they employ.

Great service provided by Caesar.  He called, showed up on time and did a very thorough job.  Explained the problems, gave me an estimate for approval and then executed the service quickly and professionally.  Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have now used this company 3 times, yearly maintenance for my a/c heating unit. I have been very pleased with every aspect of their work and professionalism. I have asked each time if I need to replace my unit, 15 y/o, and each time and I am told that all seems to be working perfectly, and there is no need to replace until it does not work anymore.
In todays world where everyone has an interest in you spending more than necessary, I find this to be a truly honest and sincere answer. I cal for the full service with the Angie's List Coupon, $75, and I receive excellent service within the week!
Will continue to use Speedy Air Conditioning for my A/c needs, especially when a new one is needed.

Technician seemed professional and did not try to sell me extra service

Excellent!  Ceasar arrived on time.  He went to examine the a/c upon arrival.  He found the part that was bad, showed it to me, explained what the part does, and continued on to replace the part.  It took him about a half hour to complete the job.  I would defintely use Speedy Air Conditioning again, and recommend him highly!8

I knew the AC was going any minute but put off calling so one hot day it just quit working. I had two quotes, one from Conditioned Air and one from Speedy Air Conditioning. Conditioned Air was more expensive. They came, inspected the system and basically handed me a quote which said that it would be two more days before they could get my air cool again. Peter Pietrusko, the owner of Speedy Air Conditioning came and after inspection said that it was the compressor that was broken but both units needed to be replaced. He could bring over a compressor to get me going and the next day when the rest of the AC unit came, he would install it. 
Peter was very accommodating, professional, and punctual and I would  most definately use Speedy A/C again

I purchased the $75 tune-up which included a thorough check of the entire system. Cleaned the condensate drain and the air filter. I was so pleased with this deal last year that I got it again this year.
During the inspection the technician noticed a  fault with the condenser and replaced it for $160.

Excellent. Very professional and experienced.  The next best, was the fact that NO ONE placed pressure on us, or tried to sell us something we did not want or need.  We have lived in Naples for a long time, and will not do business with high  pressure companies.  Speedy Conditioning is a pleasure work with, Thank You.
