Speedy was prompt. Was able to schedule 2 days after contact with a 1 hour window of my choice. Speedy should give customer service lessons to all service providers. Technician explained everything he did. Will definitely use again

I could not be more pleased. My previous ac company was pushing me to replace my unit but I didn't feel like I had all the answers. I was scheduled immediately and tracy called to let me know the arrival time and name of tech. Cesar was polite,professional and patient . He went thru system thoroughly ,listened to my questions and history of issues with unit and it's recent decline and also explained my immediate options. On his recommendation freon was added So I can get an honest feel for how it performs .(It is old but had been performing perfectly up to a few months ago.) Also he will have someone from the office let me know my options for work that can be done on a larger scale with options for size and efficiency rating .Once I have looked at those options I will definitely use this company. I read other reviews about this company on Angie's list and they are true! I didn't get a hard sell and my house is the coolest it has been in months. Very happy with Cesar &Speedy AC!

Arrived on time, professional and courteous, serviced AC in a reasonable amount of time, checked outside drainage and changed filter. Will call again for preventative service every 6 months.

EXCELLENT as usual! William, the service technician, was curtious, professional and exceptional. He, nor does the company, try to sell any items that are not needed like Other AC companies I have regretfully used in the past. I asked about dehumidifier systems and William discussed the subject honestly and again did not try to push anything on me. I will definitely use them again & again and will purchase a dehumidification system/new AC from Speedy AC. They are truely the "Best Electric and Air Conditioning" Company around! Sincerely, B.K.

I called for an appointment and they were able to send someone out the same day! They did not ask me to buy anything, just serviced the air conditioner quickly and were very pleasant. I have been using Speedy AC for a year and they have been very dependable and done great work. They never try to sell me something unnecessary like some other companies do. They were recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable about home repair.

After my online payment, I received a telephone call the very same day. Services were scheduled the very next day. I was extremely pleased with the company's promptness. Since I had recently moved in, I was unaware how filthy my unit had become. The service technician changed my filter and calibrated my unit. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything before the service was performed. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

They were prompt and on-time. They were thorough and got the job done.

First of I did not do redeem the coupon that was advertised. It was one of those pre-paid coupon deals. I generally do not like them due to if my schedule changes that I am stuck. The company was extremely responsive when I requested the appointment several days in advance. The scheduler let me zero in on a time that was convenient to me. The technician showed up exactly on the agreed upon time. He carried all his materials to the attic and serviced the unit. He then went out to the condenser and wrapped up there. There was no hidden problems with the system. Very upfront and I was again impressed by the firm.

The technitian was very polite, professional and efficient. He explained exactly what he services he performed and described the overall condition of our air condition system. He did a great job and we would use this service again.

We had another company(Direct Heating) come in the morning who indicated after servicing our unit we needed a new one as it had a leak, the coils were frosting over and rust in the pan. He said we should not be running the unit at all. Checking Angies list it indicated this company had all F's!! So we said no thank you and called Speedy. The tech came right over did a thorough exam and said there was nothing wrong with the unit. All was fine..some rust on the coils and in the pan is common in SW Fla!! But all was well and he said the frosted coils was because the first tech left the door open for awhile and the coils frosted over. Before he left he said lets go back in and I will removed the door and we will make sure no frost on the coils...and there was NONE!! We have had Speedy before and from now on we will stick with them. No more DEALS! You get what you pay for!! (I wonder if this is a policy of Direct Heating to leave the door off to convince people they have a coil problem to try to sell them a new unit..hum?)

They showed up when they were supposed to and the tech was very professional. I showed him the two A/C units. He said everything was great and left. However, the next day, the office called me and said that I owed them for another system. I spoke with the owner and the owner began arguing with me. The owner should not be charging anything else and/or at least the tech should have let me know that it would be an additional price before doing the work. I am not happy! I feel like I was baited and switched. I don't like being billed for additional charges that I didn't get the opportunity to approve or deny.

Punctual. Mannerly. Professional. I'd hire them again.

The young technician was clean cut and spoke English very well altho this was a second language for him. I felt comfortable having him in my house. I liked having only one stranger in my house at a time. It is disarming if two people show up. He told me that if I have my ac service again, he would replace the ultra violet bulbs and that I could safe money by buying the bulbs myself. I had to empty a closet for him to have access to the unit. He helped put things back into the closet.

Thry were punctual, polite, stayed within their estimate, and got it repaired fast....Good Company!

The service maintenance was handled professionally. However, only issue raised was the a/c unit needed less then a pound of R22 as a re-charge. The technician stated that the cost would be an extra $90 per pound and could/would not sell me less then a pound. This latter issue soured me on the total service experience.

Nothing stand out with Speedy Air Conditioning. We were satisfied with what they did. We chose them because of the Angie's List coupon.

The air conditioning had been out in the main part if the house for three days, so I was delighted when Speedy sent me Cesar within the hour. I was a bit worried, as the unit is ancient, so I was fairly sure he would insist it needed replacing. Well, no, he found it needed two spare parts, which he duly installed and then serviced both units. Cesar was polite, friendly and competent. I will stick with these folks for certain.

I thought Speedy Air Conditioning Inc. was great. They were reasonable. I will call them back again. I am very impressed. They were on time. The guy was professional. He did what he needed to do.

inThis place is 14 years old, and I had the unit inspected for the purchase however, I wanted to make sure it would work when the A/C was required to work in hot temperatures. The company had an add with coupon for $75 for the service call and I phoned in. Appointment was easy to make and I had the service the next day. Very happy with the company and intend to use them for every 6 month service. This is a vacation home, so I want to stay ahead of any problems with the heating and cooling.

Quick outreach from company to schedule appointment. Were able to accommodate my schedule. Punctual, professional and courteous service.

Employee was very thorough and spent over an hour ensuring that all was functioning properly. i will be using them on an annual basis moving forward with inspections and any repairs that we could encounter.
