I made a call for electrical service two weeks ago or longer. They showed up unannounced at 7 am. To fix my refrigerator, which the call was never about fixing my refrigerator. They did not set up an appointment with me, or call to find out what my problem was that needed fixed.

Tenant in property.
Promptly arrived at home next day to troubleshoot 5 non working outlets and garbage disposal failure. Repaired disposal with reset as well as one outlet. Advised me best to wait until I was present to complete rest of work .Came out at a later date to repair all outlets . Sherry is extremely friendly and competent. Work crew also very professional. They went the extra mile to make sure they did not charge me until all issues were repaired.
