Rick and Karen are consummate professionals - from the moment we first met, I felt an immediate sincerity and trustworthiness in their dedication to their business and in their interest in safeguarding our home.
Most impressive is the ease of communication and the timeliness of their email responses. As well, Rick and Karen understand the nuances of part-time home ownership and as such are tuned in to the myriad of questions and concerns we could possibly have.
From receiving shipments to their office of items we may purchase online for our vacation home but don't want to lug on the airplane with us - to helping dispose of the trash & recyclables when our short stay is not on the correct "pickup cycle" - to changing the air filters in the vents because we wouldn't have thought to do this ourselves - to meeting the air conditioning serviceman at our home while he performed his check up... Rick and Karen are always eager to accommodate and provide a consistently high level of service.
With an abundance of home watch services available it stands to reason that not all offer the same quality of service. I know for sure that another company would be hard pressed to equal to exceptional quality and integrity that we have found with Property Service of Naples.
Frankly, as first time vacation home owners, we had many new relationships to make and systems to put in place to be able to enjoy our little piece of paradise without unwanted stress... to be sure, the best decision we have made thus far is to hand the second set of keys over to Rick and Karen from Property Services of Naples.... you'd be smart to do the same.

"The member was a pleasure to work for.She knew what she wanted,but just didn't know how the end game might be accomplished. My 20 years experience as a handyman helps in these situations: listening to the customer and determining the best, most cost-effective way to reach desired results. There are, however, other things that need to be looked at. With the doggie door on the stairway - it needed to be installed so not to be a danger to the member while keeping the cats and "Maggie May" seperated. After the installation, I asked that she use the gate as she normally would, before I left. The member's safety was a priority. She also had me remove a small wire fence from around her fruit tree. I did, and installed a more appropriate fence. I took the old fencing and bamboo posts off the property. In addition, I filled a hole the dog had dug. Again here, it was a safety issue: the hole was located immediately off the step of the doorway leading to the backyard. Overall, these were little jobs that took under two hours. I did not charge for time spent discussing future projects that would be needed. Lastly, thank you Member for the kind review. I look forward to being at your service. Rick"

She was open to our suggested course of action, which did resolve the problem and bring complete satisfaction to Karen. Overall, this was a simple repair.
