Did not show up. When I called I got a recording that his message box was full and I could not reach him or leave a message.

The gentleman who provided the pressure cleaning was courteous and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and went right to work. The entire area is now clean and the difference is night and day. I am most pleased.

They did an excellent job power washing our pool cage and lanai area. A job I dread coming back in October.

Everything looks great. I am very happy with this service. I am going to have them spray my asphalt shingle roof too. They use an environmentally friendly chemical and I trust they will do a great job on that as well.

Had them clean the pool cage and lanai. Came home from work and it was all done. Looks really, really great. We don't want to put the furniture back it's so nice.

He did a fantastic job!! He was incredibly meticulous and thorough. These areas have been pressure washed before, but they have never looked this good. When we need pressure washing done, we will definitely be calling this company.

Looks great. Worker moved heavy flower pot to outside lawn that was too heavy for me. Replaced it afterward. Owner stopped by to make sure I was pleased. Professional, reasonable price, quality work.

It was okay. There was one screen that was blown out otherwise it was fine. They did what they were supposed to do which was cleaning and throwing the screen I didn't pay them. They kept in touch when they were changing the times and it was fine. They rescheduled a couple of times.

Anthony arrived on time and was very kind and professional. I left to go to work, and when I returned home the house looked amazing and the driveway was white again! The only small complaint that we had was that my outdoor rug was ripped (it was pretty old) and some other fixtures that were already in need of repair were broken, most likely from the force of the water. I would recommend putting your grill somewhere away from the water too because they use chlorine to kill the algea and it can damage the finish on your grill if it gets on there. Overall we are very satisfied. We have a very large house and a large driveway on an acre of land, so the price for the size of our house and driveway, I thought was pretty fair.

Arrived on time, professionally dressed, performed work efficiently and was detailed in performance. Provided all tools, equipment and materials to perform work, including supplying own water!

Had to call Dan to find out why nobody was here on time. Dmitri had a job that he had to finish up but did not tell Dan. Dan apologized and said that Dmitri would be here in an hour or two. Once Dmitri showed up he introduced himself and we discussed what had to be cleaned. He then went to work and got the entire job done in about 1 1/2 hours. The cage was cleaned inside and out and everything else was cleaned spotlessly. Other than the confusion about the time, the entire job went perfectly. I would not hesitate to call them again for any power washing job.

Contractor arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had moved some of the lanai furniture in the yard before he came and he carried it back in before he left.

Would definitely use them again! The service and quality was EXCELLENT!!! It looked like a new pool deck in the back and the best part was he pressure washed the lanai area and we've received compliments on how great it looks back there since.

Communication and the work couldn't have been better. I had to postpone the company coming out a few times, and through emails the owner couldn't have been more understanding. Demitri did the work and the lanai looked fantastic after he was done. Reasonable cost, would definitely use this company again.

To say my lanai was looking rough would be putting it lightly. It was hard to walk from the sliding glass door to the screen door without hitting a spider web. Areas that used to be white had become any color but white. When I saw the Big Deal pop up I figured I would give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did. They responded quickly after I made my purchase to set up a date to come out and clean the lanai. Once there he was very professional and began working immediately. Once finished I didn't even want to walk on my lanai because it was so clean! Excellent service. Will absolutely use again. My lanai was cleaned and looked better than on the day I moved into the house!

Contractor did an excellent job. Took his time and was neat and careful. Would definitely use him again.

Our pool cage and pool area needed a good cleaning so when I saw the special I ordered it. One little glitch was they went to the wrong house the first day but they called us immediately to explain what happened and we were rescheduled for the next day. They did extremely good work. The cage looks brand new and the deck looks outstanding. They even did some areas on the porch that I didn't think would be included in the service but definitely needed to be cleaned. I was worried about all the debris ending up in the pool but in fact very little if any debris want noted in the pool. My only regret is waiting so long do get this done. I would recommend this company without hesitation and plan on getting a regular cleaning in the future.

They showed up did the work and left an invoice. I didn't have to be present. Roof looks great and all my grass is alive unlike the lower pressure cleaning my neighbors got.

He arrived at the scheduled time and day. Took care to move all furniture then thoroughly cleaned the entire lanai.

Really pleased and will definitely use again. Have already recommended to some of my neighbors. The cage was really nasty and now it looks like new. I became ill after the service was scheduled and had to ask for a postponement of the appointment. I half expected getting a hard time about it but they didn't even blink -- just told me to let them know when I was ready. Really really pleased.

The employee showed up on time and looked with me at the area to be cleaned. He got right to work and did a great job!

They arrived last week on Tuesday and did the power washing. The owner Dan Hamilton came back today July 9th to replace the cracked tiles as he is also a licensed roofer. They did an excellent job and without hesitation we would use them again.

Went fabulous! He moved pieces of furniture to clean under them, asked if I'd like my outdoor drapery panels washed too, and EVEN fixed some parts in the lanai where the screen was coming apart BEFORE he cleaned. Really went above and beyond which I very much appreciate!

They were A all across the board and were awesome. I think it cost a little more because I had them do the pool deck as well. I think that cost another $50 or $60 or so, it was not much and was really reasonable. The guy did an excellent job.
