Molly Maid of Collier County

Very pleased with Molly Maid in general, and Wendy is a doll to work with(very responsive to calls and e-mails). I called Molly Maid, and Wendy came over the same day. She looked around for a few minutes, and gave me a written quote on the spot. The initial clean was about $230, but well worth it. Afterward, I could not find a speck of dust anywhere, and I definitely looked. They even cleaned my ceiling fans & A/C duct registers on the 15 foot ceilings, and all of the cabinet tops(I'd rather not say how dusty they were), baseboards, door trim, etc. We decided on bi-weekly visits and that is working perfectly. Each cleaning is $95, so roughly $200 per month. If I went with weekly cleanings, the price would be $75 per cleaning, or about $300/mo. The price is a little higher than what I paid the individual who was cleaning before them. However, that individual was unreliable and not nearly as thorough. Plus, I decided having an established local company that stands behind its service is important to me. BTW-Lots of extra nice touches-trash in kitchen & bathrooms removed, my daughter's large stuffed animal collection lovingly arranged on her bed, little folded points on the toilet paper. Have been using Wendy's service a few months now, and obviously I am rather pleased. Wanted to post this review to balance against the previous review. That reviewer is obviously a hard grader giving out B's & C's, but if you read the comments, that review is also quite favorable.

The initial clean up was excellent, no corner was left untouched and the house sparkled afterwards. They have been cleaning my house for 4 months and have maintained a high standard. They bring all their own equipment and cleaning materials. The two ladies wear a uniform and are very cheerful. They are reliable and trustworthy. I am very happy with the service. The initial clean up took longer and cost $230.00 with a $50.00 voucher. My house is 2100 square feet.
