"I am sorry you feel this way. I do have photos of the finished project and of the area in question. We always warranty our work, but your driveway ran over the water onto the new surface at a later time, and then after completion of the project, things you are claiming are projects that we have not agreed to do. There is also a backlog of 3 to 4 weeks on concrete at the plant, so we have to do a lot more by hand and cost more. I was in the office today when you called. The lady was trying to help you, and you asked for us to do more work to come give you a quote, and then you got very rude on the phone. That is why I told her to politely end the contract."
