Master Tech Imports

Arrived at 8:30am, was given time quote in advance of 3-4 hours to complete all the service needed.  I waited while the service was performed and all service was completed within four hours as quoted and I am very satisfied with all the work.
I was quoted an additional item for the 60,000 mile service but was told while paying this was not an option on my car so the bill was less than I was expecting.
I was able to use Wi-Fi  while I waited as well so I didn't have to use my data plan.

Atmosphere relaxed with adequate seating in the waiting room along with TV.
Not like the frantic environment of a dealership. The owner was friendly and efficient.Work was started on the car as soon as I brought it in and was completed in the promised time frame.
This is my third dealing with Master Tech and I have been satisfied every time. I feel that I am being dealt with in a fair and reasonable way.

They diagnosed as a battery issue instead of the starter. Much cheaper! This is a no frills place that has repaired our cars over the years and they are always fair, honest and helpful.

Dale and Chuck made me a next day appointment and completed to job on time at the right price. Great work.

Service is always as promised.

They were super nice. This is the second time I've used them. They were very informative about the work without making me feel ignorant. I would use them again. As a single woman I really appreciate the way they treated me.

We have been going to Master Tech for over 20 years. Their prices are not the cheapest, but fair, and the work is done right the first time. Chuck, Dale, Ken and crew are professional and good at explaining things.

I've used Master Tech Imports for several years. I'm very pleased with their work but their pricing was a little higher than what I was comfortable with. I like their convenience, flexibility, their work was always good and they were always professional. I'm using someone else now mainly because of the pricing.

Since the service we had was so long ago, let me just say in the 20 years I lived in Naples, I could ALWAYS count on Dale and Chuck to give me QUALITY workmanship every time my vehicles were brought in for servicing. At no time did I ever feel they "took me for a ride" or in any other way didn't give me my money's worth. And in many instances went far and above the call of duty in providing extra services to me and/or my family. 
I wish MasterTech Imports was located where I live now because then I could rest assured they would perform the work I requested fairly and without feeling like I was being taken.
