We were shocked of course to receive such an outstandingly low rating from you. According to our records, you had a pool heater maintenance scheduled, but when we arrived the unit was non-operational. Our technician took the system apart to determine the cause of the mechanical failure, and found that there was no refrigerant within the system. Our technician gave you options for repair and/or replacement, but you informed the technician that you would be selling the home soon, and did not wish to pursue repair or replacement of the unit.
